This detached cottage is located on the tip of Portland Bill in Dorset and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Brancombe Lodge is a detached cottage next to a lighthouse on the tip of Portland Bill near to Weymouth in Dorset. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom, one twin room and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, a lawned area and patio with furniture and ornamental fish pond and shared use of a heated outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Amenities: Electric convector heating and night storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs. Electricity charged by meter (first £10 inc. in rent). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking for cars and boats. Lawned area and patio with garden furniture and ornamental fish pond. Shared seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi (available May - September inclusive). Shared access to lighthouse observatory via steep steps. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: No children under 5 years due to ponds and proximity of cliff edge.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
