    Additional Location Information

The Yellowstone Ecosystem encompasses a broad region including Teton Valley. Teton Valley is surrounded by national forest and three mountain ranges including The Big Hole, Snake River and Teton Mountain Ranges – all heavily forested and snow capped, draining into the Teton River which runs through the center of our valley. From the wonders of Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks both forks of the famous Snake River are born, passing through Jackson Hole, Wyoming, en route to the Palisades Reservoir the South Fork of the Snake River runs through Swan Valley. The Henry’s Fork of the Snake River is formed at the confluence of Robinson Creek and Warm River, east of Island Park, then downhill from Mesa Falls, later joining the Snake River just west of Teton Valley.
