Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The cottage was well equipped, and in a perfect location for sightseeing the area. There were plenty of walks for our dog, and the shop was just a short walk away. Everything was clean and neat inside the cottage with more than enough cutlery, crockery and glasses for us to use. The neighbours were friendly but didn't get in your way. Everything was so peaceful and quiet and in the evening with the lounge blinds open, you can see right over to the hills and that was so relaxing and beautiful. We always look for quiet but near to a pub and shops when we go away and this just fit the bill. Close by is the town centre which is a tourist haven, but being outside the town, we never heard any traffic noise at all. There were plenty of guidebooks in the cottage for us to plan day trips as well as having the local tourist information office about 10 minutes walk away. It was also convenient to visit Inverness, Fort William and aviemore.

This is the best equipped cottage we have ever
rented. It is on a small modern estate and very
quiet, with very nice helpful neighbours. The
owner as there to welcome us when we arrived and
called again later in the week.
All the rooms were comfortable, well decorated and
spotlessly clean. The cottage is extremely well
equipped, we had a game called "Spot what's
missing", but everything was there.
The East and West coasts are both readily
accessible,the West Coast being stunningly
beautiful.

Booking through Sykes was very easy. When we arrived we were welcomes to the home and immediately felt comfortable in our holiday accomodations. The cottage is execellent, the kitchen is very well equipped.
The location is very convenient for using as a base for day trips to surrounding areas. It is close to Inverness, Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommned this home and would stay there again. -

the bungalow was very very nice i wish i could have put it in my case to take home it was that good the views were nice and it was not far from a big town the trips on the loch were and not to expensive it you like a drink the local pubs were close and the meals were fine also , so go and see for your self you will not be disapointed

Very clean and well equipped. Located in a quiet residential area. Safe, secure back garden great for our 2 and 4 year old. Well located for tourist attractions including Loch Ness, Inverness, Glen Affric, Urquhart Castle and lots of short walks suitable for young children. We had a great weeks holiday and aim to go back soon. Lots more to see and do. Great value for money.
