Beautifully situated in a most attractive loch-side village, this charming ground floor apartment opens onto grassy south-facing gardens which run down to the edge of a pretty little Highland river. Part of a modern development, the well-appointed apartment is contemporary in style and comfortably furnished in a tasteful manner to provide excellent accommodation for a couple. Clean, well equipped, and even some useful food basics thoughtfully left by others :-) We enjoyed staying here with access to a great part of the country and good walking. River at the back, great restaurant 5 mins walk, shops 2 minute drive and less than half an hour to Culloden's moving and brilliant visitor centre.

It was a nice little apartment. Its just a shame that you had to hear noises from the car park which you view when you sit in the lounge area. Also there are permanent residence above and noise travels down through the ceiling. If the ceiling can be soundproofed then it will be nice and peaceful. Other than that, its nice and cosy for two, with a possibility for a third on the couch. Not far from Inverness to travel for food or the local store in Drumnadrochit.

When we arrived at our apartment our first impression was how neglected the small garden was. The interior was okay, kitchen was well stocked. But the following morning we realised that, although the description said "South facing garden with sun all day", it omitted to inform us that we actually stepped out our door into a "car park",-ie, around 7 cars parked onto what we thought was "our green".
To crown it all, when our daughter visited us one day, the man from across the road came to our door and told her she would have to go, because, where she parked her car was not her allocated space!This was intrusive, we would not recommend this place at all.
On the plus side, we enjoyed the area and met a lot of locals who were very nice and helpful.
