The apartment in the building Sadaf 6 (2808) has an excellent location, it cannot be nearer to the beach (10 min walk) and it is just on The Walk where are many bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms with very good beds and 3 bathrooms. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is good equipped. There is no sea view, but nice view on the skyscrapers. A car is not necessary as the taxies have very reasonable price. We had a lovely time in this apartment and we reccomend it to everyone.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 small children (3 and 1yr). The apartment is in a fabulous location situated within stones throw of lots of restaurants and the Marina walk which was fabulous for us with two small children. I didn't want to have to drive anywhere in the evenings to have a meal. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was also very big. The airconditioning was fabulous. My only complaint about the apartment is that it isn't all that attractive with sparse decor, drab curtains, bare walls and awful light fittings so not somewhere you really wanted to hang around which suited us fine as we were in Dubai for a long weekend of shopping so were out all day. It doesn't have a beach view just a view of the marina and lots of construction. None of this was an issue for us. It had great cable tv which was easy to use and a computer with internet which was great. In summary this apartment is great value and in an awesome location it just lacks any style, warmth or atmosphere.
