i would really like to mention that apartment given to me was even better than i had expected with beautiful view of beach,all facilities required were there in the room,well decorated and best location in dubai at jumeirah beach residence with all the restaurant and hotspots nearby.This all was not what I initially booked thanks a million to Ms Fouzia who was there in the service dpt,she recommended us this place,made all facilities possible whatever we required especially checkout,payment method,handling the keys,room cleanliness etc.I can conclude that it is due to the services and efforts of her that i will definately book again through mydubaistay.We even extended our stay one more day and we wanted to stay more because we were provided exceptional services from beginning.If she had not taken such good care i dont think i would be so sure to recommend all my friends and colleagues.At last i would like to say everything was excellent from apartment to after service,the place,facilities available were fully worth it.But the best thing was service provided by Ms fouzia which made it great value.

Super appartment. We could not find your office for check in. You should make af guide. We ask the security and the office for owners, but they could not help us.

We send Arrival Instructions to every guest 3 days before you check in. Also an arrivals folder in your apartment provides our 24 hour contact numbers and How to Find Us information.
Our check in process is constantly under review and we will be making further changes to improve it in the coming weeks.

First of all let me thank Mydubaistay team who looked after me upon arrival. The welcome package is worthless as I have diabetis and could not use but water, everything else was donated to helping team. There is absolutely no necessity for it. I felt being taken advantage of. Another annoying thing is signing a blank credit card receipt. To cover yourself, you check premises upon departure of guest.

The Welcome Pack is a compulsory one time nominal charge added to all bookings. As our apartments are Self-Catering this charge is for a small starter selection of basic groceries, bread, milk, soft drinks, tea/coffee, ktichen and facial tissues just to get you started on arrival. It also includes Chilled Drinking water and bathroom tissues supplied for the complete duration of your stay, which are topped up on each scheduled visit by our HouseKeeping Team.
Regarding our Breakage fee deposit policy, we operate similar to any hotel check in where you swipe your credit card as security on check in. In our 5 years of operation and having served over 10,000 customers we have only ever charged guests for damages on a handful of occassions. We appreciate your concern, however we also have to protect the high standard of our properties against negligence and misuse.

Very good service. Arrived at 5 am, apartment was ready, keys inside, didn't have to look for anyone to open a door for me, I was very tired and could get rest as soon as I got into the building.
