Me and my family stated at apartment 3402 in Rimal 4 during new year 2012. The key points we would make are:
- kitchen cupboard door fallen off and not repaired
- property need serious maintenance (bathroom seals have mould, walls have numerous marks, rugs are disgusting, furniture has numerous cigarette burns and pen marks, broken bathroom furniture and lights)
- it is very difficult to locate due to a lack of signs
- there is substantial building work replacing the Jumeirah beach walk pictured in the advert and behind on the road. They start work very early and sometimes operate 24/7.
- we never got access to the safe and it took a few days before we got a key
- the beds are very firm
- the kitchen has limited utensils (eg 2 drink tumblers, 5 wine glasses, a couple of pans etc) -

Our stay in Rimal 4 was absolutely fantastic. We loved every minute of it. We had an amazing time. the apartment was better than we expected - it was spacious, clean and very beautiful. It was very comfortable. I have no bad things to say. there was one thing - we always had a problem with the pool - they said we needed access cards to come in, however after a little while they did allow us in but other than that it was absolutely brilliant. I will definitely recommend mydubaistay and i will probably book with mydubaistay again in the near future.
