I do not think you will get a better accommodation in Dubai considering the price. The quality of this apartment is much better than 5 Star Hotel. Everything you need is there. MyDubaiStay Serviced Holiday Rentals is a very professional company who knows how to take care of their people. I was really lucky to book my accommodation with them. Everything was much more expected.
Try them and you will not regret.
