The standard check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. However, if your flight arrives or departs at a different time, there is flexibility as long it is within normal business hours, (10am ? 5pm), and there are no guests checking in or out of the same property. Outside of the normal business hours, there will be an additional fee of AED100 ($28 USD) to offset the overtime of our driver/facilitator. We also have available vehicles for pick up and drop off services from the airport going to our apartment or from the apartment going to airport for an extra charge. A basic apartment with some maintenance issues which is saved by its excellent location. This apartment is situated next to the Dubai Marina metro station and is walking distance away from the Marina Mall and Marina Walk. It also has a partial Marina view. The complex has a swimming pool and a gym.
Be aware that the address is misleading. The Tower B in the address is in actual fact not a tower but a two storey annex adjacent to Tower a.
On our arrival the sofa bed was faulty and we had no hot water. We reported this and it was fixed. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor was constantly wet. Even after being out the whole day, we would come back to find a huge puddle of water on the floor. Perhaps there was a blocked drain or leak somewhere. The a/c was not working properly either. The plug of the kettle was also faulty and some bulbs were fused. All of the above petty issues could have been easily resolved if someone had checked the apartment prior to our arrival. It’s the small things that make a difference.
On the day of our departure, we had a 6am check-out, so the agent had to return our cash security deposit the previous evening. On his arrival, I was informed that I had to supply my credit card details, including my three digit security number in case they found anything I was liable for. Nothing was broken or damaged in any way by us. I refused to supply my card details due to the security risk involved and had to pay aED 150 cash (non refundable) instead. This was never mentioned to me in any form and it, unfortunately, left a bad taste in my mouth.
