We stayed in this apartment with family during Xmas and new year 2012. From beginning we felt like home, apartment was clean and lot of space. Beautiful view from Balcony over Dubai Marina with all nice towers and esspecially in evenings with all lights on. Near the beach and shops. Yes it was easy to feel relax in this apartment. Dubai Marina is nice place to be, staff was friendly too. Pitty that prices are raising, sometimes hard to do for hardworking families to enjoy a holiday.

As you expressed, prices for travel and vacations are on the rise, but whilst travel, car hire and other expenses may be rising, no doubt you will have been pleased knowing that Dubai Premier Apartment prices have remained the same now for 3 years. The apartment had stunning views from the balcony, on numerous occasions we sat out to enjoy the view. The apartment was also extremely clean, nicely decorated and of a good size and contained a complimentary food package. We were all very comfortable there; It was within walking distance of the beach, Jumeriah Beach Walk and also numerous dining places. In addition to this I was able to connect easily to the wi-fi there and keep in contact with my family which was a great advantage. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to stay in Dubai, the location was excellent, it was spacious and surrounded by breath-taking views.

We arrived at the apart on the 22nd of april and found it immaculately clean. The was a complimentary food pack and the apartment was nice and cool from it's air conditioning.
The views from the balcony were fabulous and we stayed out there till the early hours of the warm mornings often using the internet from there.
The metro is so easy to use and got as around to all the places we wanted to go.
The restaurants which some can be viewed from the balcony do serve a variety of lovely food.
The JBR walk is a must for a Thurs/Fri night.

Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) stayed here for a week in april 2012. Karen was quick to respond and the reservation process was very easy. The apartment is just as good as the pictures, very clean, quiet, and well equipped. The caretaker met us at the apartment on checkin and walked us through. The security staff were very helpful and friendly and even gave us directions to the local grocery store. Very conveniently located just off the freeway, nice view, restaurants and shopping just a short walk away. We enjoyed walking along the Marina and the promenade also. We were very happy with our choice and highly recommend it for the space, convenience, and location.

We have literally just come back from our stay in this fantastic apartment, and I cannot recommend it highly enough, to anyone wishing to visit Dubai. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very luxuriously appointed, and has views across the Marina which are quite simply breathtaking. It is in the ideal position for all that Dubai has to offer, and has shops, supermarkets, loads of restaurants all within a 5 minute walk, along the Marina walk, and is a stone's throw away from the new Metro system. It is our 2nd stay in this building with Karen and her team, who continue with their exceptional standards of both service, and accomodation...we shall be contacting Karen to book again for 2013!!! Thanks a million Karen for making the whole process so easy, and for yet again, making our holiday such a special and memorable one!!

We started the New Year with two couples in this lovely and clean apartment and stayed for five nights. The flat is very well equipped - we did not miss a thing and definitely can recommend it. Also the underground parking lot was very convenient to have.
The view from the balcony of the apartment (18th floor) is breath taking; perfect for a night cap while overlooking the marina and the lights of the Dubai Marina skyline and Palm Jumeira.
A multitude of hotels, bars and restaurants is within walking distance, and with our rental car we also could conveniently reach Deira, Bur Dubai (try the restaurants in the heritage village for local flavors!) in the evenings, or a number of beach clubs during the day (try Barasti on Jumeira Beach Road, next to the Meridien and Westin Hotels!) to enjoy the warm January sun. We did not use the Metro, but it is only a short walk away from the flat.
The rental organisation with the friendly owner was convenient and simple, and instructions on how to get to - and into - the apartment were clear and easy. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast provided on day 1. Thank you, Karen!

thankyou for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. a great place to stay and close to all the amenities . The metro is excellent and cheap and taking you to any part of the city.
this apartment has all the necessary requirements and has been decorated to a high specification.
interesting sites to take in:
burj khalifa at dubai mall, book online well ahead as its very busy.
2. aqua venture at atlantis
3. burj
4. wild wadi
5 medina souk near burj
6. old deira
7 al karama is an experience
8. take in the walk along ethe marina broad walk
ramadan did not prevent us from having a good time a brilliant atmosphere in the evenings. the supermarkets close to hand, spinneys and small supermarkets at dubai marina and wait rose at the dubai marina mall.

Hi Karen, My family and I can't thank you enough. We had a truely wonderful stay at your appartment last week. Everything about the entire stay - locatiion and the facilities exceeded our highest expectations. The apprtment is ideally situated close to everything anyone could wish for. Its funny how I quickly got to grips with the key amenities - infact,now they have 2 excellent supermakets less then 1 minutes away - tucked under the appartment building - through the Garden - and what's more a lot better priced then "spinneys"! Staff at the supermarkets were polite and charming. Infact, every one is just disposed to be friendly in such pleasant surroundings. Loved the beach - amazing how once we were actually on the beautiful, clean beach - the fabulous "cool" breeze and the natural coolness of the sea front kept us quite happy to relax ( without a shade!! ) for many hours at a time. Reshum, my daugther and I sometimes even walked there at 4.30 am! Yes 4am! to find some beach lovers ahead of us! Reshum and I spent many hours on the patio too. She played her guitar to us, late into the evenings (in between the daily trips to the beach )...an we finished up at the local restuarants to dine. Its very thoughtfull of you to have those comfortable chairs and table in the patio. These things made our stay comfortable and fun. Could not wish for more. Will definately "do it again". Lets keep in touch though.

This lovely apartment was the perfect place to spend a family vacation. When we arrived we were amazed at how beautifully furnished and well maintained the apartment was. It really is as beautiful as the pictures. The location of the apartment is very close to the metro and the beach. Most days we spent the morning at the beach , the afternoon at home in the pool, and then the evenings spent shopping at all the amazing malls. thanks karen for making all this possible.

We were fortunate to stay in this beautiful property in June of 2011. It was everything as advertised and more. The location was perfect for getting to the metro and all the reastaurants within the Marina I would highly recommend this home and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again. Karen was very helpful and extremely conscientious in handling all my inquiries. I almost hate to give it a glowing review because next yr when I want to rent it again it will probably be booked. Thanks Karen for providing such a lovely home.

"Just to confirm that I've just got back from Dubai and I can confirm this location and property exceeded my expectations. The metro and Dubai Marina mall is only a five minutes walk. The views outside the balcony are really good. A walk around the Marina in the evening is a must do."

My wife & I arrived at the apartment on the morning of the 3rd May 2011 after getting the Metro from the airport at a cost of around £1 each (what a bargain!).Access to the apartment was simple and once inside we found the groceries left by Karen which were a nice touch.
The apartment was as appeared on the website, plenty of space for the two of us and with an aC system that was easy to operate. As someone who can easy be annoyed by noise I have to say that in the five days we spent in the apartment we did not hear any noise from other occupants of the apartment block.
Location was ideal with the Metro Station, Marina Mall and outside communal swimming pool only a 5-10 minute walk away (the apartment block does have a swimming pool). Our days were spent by the pool and evenings exploring the Marina and beyond, perfect for us.
Will we be back? Of course!

This is the first time we have booked an apartment in Dubai rather than a hotel so I was pretty unsure how things would work, as we are a family of 4 now and also had Grandparents with us we thought this might be a better option. Karen took the stress out of it all, we couldn't have the apartment we enquired about as it was occupied but on speaking to Karen she offered this new apartment which was still getting decorated. She had it all finished for our arrival and it was superb.
We had to cancelled our trip and Karen was great in helping me out and at last minute the trip was back on and Karen had the apartment ready within our a couple of hours notice.
On arrival they was a welcome pack and the place was spotless. The apartment is in a great location less than 5 mins walk to Dubai Marina Mall and in the other direction less than 5 mins walk to the Metro Station. You walked from the building directly on the Marina promenade to find many Restaurants and a Mini Mart, which delivers direct to your door for free (Great in the Dubai heat of summer).
We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you Karen for a great stay.
