I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.
The service was amazing, staff were all very helpful...the manager Elizabeth was very friendly and always invited us to tea!
We had problems at the airport due to one of my friends visas, we needed a letter confirming her stay. If you have an international passport please make sure you contact the staff and obtain a letter confirming your stay and date prior to arriving at the airport. The staff were brilliant and helped us out promptly and very efficiently by speaking to the airport staff directly and faxing letter over.
The actual apartment was beautiful and spacious, we had a view of the road but it was still nice to sit out on the veranda at night.
We had 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, TV and DVD and one with a single bed. 3 toilets and 2 showers. the kitchen contained fridge, microwave, oven and cooker.
The only downfall is that we did not have room cleaning service as was mentioned in our contract. We stayed 5 days, and was supposed to have room cleaning 2x per week, but we cleaned up after ourselves so it wasnt a huge problem.
Other than that we had a private beach and a swimming pool. The view from the beach ( which was very clean and decking chairs were provided) was of the Burj-Al-Arab.There was a shop downstairs where we could buy basic amenities.
Location was good as well. We needed to take a taxi into the shopping areas, but they were easy to find (right outside the hotel) and all the taxis were metered. It didn't cost very much to travel around.
i would definitely recommend this place, please note signature hotels are better than the platinum ones, as originally we booked a platinum hotel, but upgraded to signature when we got there.
