Spacious and well position apartment with views of Dubai Marina and Shiekh Zayed Road. Clean and tidy and had all the necessary amenities. The age of the property was the only let down especially the master bathroom looked tired and aged and had a few maintenance issues, such as floor flooding when using the shower. Overall, we would recommend this apartment as the location was fantastic (walking distance to metro, marina and JBR) and great value for money.
