We stayed at skyview apartment for 5 nights in May 2013.
The Location: Excellent - 10 min walk to JBR, 15 min walk to Dubai Metro, 10 min walk to one of the best sheesha place at marina walk & 15 min walk to the beach. 10 min walk to Dubai Skydiving
apartment: was clean and airy just the near by construction and noise made the apartment 4 star for me. The fixture and fitting were modern and apartment consisted of Wifi. Apartment building consist of a bank and a nice sheesha/food place downstairs. Pool/gym was fairly small but well maintained.
Money: Bit on the pricer side as for the same price we could have gotten a hotel with food service. But paying 700-800aed Per night was worth it.
Check in : my stay group wants the rent all upfront along with an aED 3000 security deposit which i consider as a bum. We couldnt Check in early as there Check in time is 3:00pm which is also too late considering there check out is at 11:00.
Overall me and my friends had a great time in Dubai . i will surely book mystaygroup apartments again on my next group trip to Dubai. -

1st time i when to dubai i really enjoyed it would go back again. I would highly recommend My Dubai Stay the apartment was very clean and it was good quality service. It was also a reasonable price.

Amplio, nuevo,cómodo y bien decorado.
Cuenta con una suit ,un dormitorio de dos camas y un sofá cama, dos baños y cocina -salón.Internet, aire acondicionado, 3 terrazas.
Todo estaba muy limpio.
Estuvimos 5 adultos y un niño pequeño.Muy amplio, así que nos apañamos muy bien.
La situación perfecta, a escasos metros del paseo de la Marina y de la para de metro.
En el edificio hay piscinas y gimnasio gratis.
Lo recomiendo.
