"Thanks for the prompt return of the bond. We were highly delighted with Villa Gazelle. It was clean, well equipped met all our expectations. It felt so much like a home from home, that at the end of our three week stay we wished we had booked a fourth week. Our family visited in the second week, this meant there were five adults and two children in the villa. It was spacious enough to accommodate us all easily and at no time did it feel crowded.
The grand children enjoyed the pool. We requested it to be heated for the second week and would recommend that the pool be heated for stays during February. There is a large swimming pool located within a short walking distance from the villa, along with a tennis court and a shaded children's play area. At the back of the villa is a pleasant walk, or run if you have the energy, around a nearby lake which is inhabited by flamingos.
The arabian Ranches is safe, secure and has many facilities including a local shopping centre with a supermarket, restaurants and shops. There is also a first class golf course for any golfers. It was the location of choice for us as we are very familiar with it having stayed there on numerous occasions. It is located on to two major roads, the E311 and the D63, which give easy access to all parts of Dubai and, perhaps more importantly for anyone unfamiliar with driving there, it makes it easier to find your way back. Though taxis are relatively cheap, we would recommend the use of a hire car.
Ray provides an excellent service and his management company was approachable, courteous and efficient. Importantly, Ray returned our bond promptly on our return home which is indicative of the quality of service. It's things like that that make the whole experience of Villa Gazelle more pleasurable.
We had an excellent time and will certainly consider booking Villa Gazelle again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others." -

The villa offers everything for home from home comfort with the added luxury of a pool & a local, but non intrusive staff on hand to help you make the most of your stay. It is set in a peaceful location, but taxis are cheap & easily booked direct from the villa to discover the many delights & attractions that Dubai has to offer. If you prefer to stay in of an evening there are a variety of reasonably priced home delivery menus within the comprehensive imformation guide at the villa.

I and my family have just returned from a great holiday at villa Gazelle in Dubai.
We stayed for 2 weeks the weather was great and the villa was so well equipped with everything you need.
My daughter was so happy to have wifi so she could use her laptop and stay I touch with her friends back home.
The pool was a bit cold for my youngest daughter but after a short phone call to the villa management team the heater was turned on for her (Great service)
The villa is only a short drive / Taxi ride from the main part of Dubai (10-15mins) and large shopping malls . and only a few minutes from local shops / supermarkets / takeaways / restaurants/ etc.
We all had a wonderful time and will stay in this villa again

Villa Gazelle is in a peaceful position in a true oasis of lakes,gardens,greenery and birdlife in the heart of the desert on the outskirts of Dubai City.The Villa is spacious,comfortable and well equipped,the pool is a real plus.It is ideal for any age group and safe for children.It is within easy reach of all Dubai's Hot Spots and local amenities.Travelling about sans car is simple,quick and hassle free We would highly recommend it.

Wonderful house with everything you could need. We had a couple of extra requests because of our small kids, and Darwin the maintenance man was fantastic in getting them for us. We could not fault the house, loads of space and in excellent order. The location is great, with easy access to the lake and community pool.

We had a fantastic time. Villa was very clean and beautiful. Location was great and area was secure, quite and peaceful. We loved walking on jogging track by the lake behind villa. Cleaning service including towels changing was superb. Swimming pool was also clean and well kept. Property agent was helpful. We will definitely stay again and will recommend it to family members and friends.

Just wanted to send you a note to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was a perfect setting for the grandparents to enjoy their time with the kids. From the dips in the pool, to the walks around the lake feeding the rabbits and fish, to just spending time in the roomy living area, and of course the kids first experience of Halloween - many great memories were made.
We have stayed in arabian Ranches before and also other apartments on the Palm and in the Marina - by far, this villa provided the best experience for our family.
We were pleased with the cleanliness of the villa on arrival and the midstay cleaning. It was also very helpful to have the washing machine and the well equipped kitchen.
In particular, thanks for the smooth booking process despite the mix ups - I appreciated the ease of communicating with you.

Great villa on a lovely complex, with all the on site amenities you need. Couldn't fault the villa, spacious, immaculate, air conditioned and a private pool great for a late night swim. Omar was also a top man.
We stayed for 5 days on a golfing trip, ideally located for all the main golf courses as well as the 18 hole championship course on the complex!
Great time, would be happy to recommend this for families and golfers. -

We stayed at villa Gazelle for 5 days to play some golf at Dubai's top courses. What we found on arrival far outweighed our expectations. The villa is luxuriously furnished and very spacious. The bedrooms are beautiful with large beds and even a king sized four poster in the main bedroom. I have to say the villa has everything you would need to make your stay perfect. It has wi-fi so we could keep in touch with home and a full tv package with flat screen tv which meant we could watch a game from the World Cup, which was on at the time we went, then relax in the pool in the garden before heading out for the night! The villa is located on the arabian Ranches community and this again had everything we needed from coffee shops and restaurants to a huge supermarket. Fantastic is the only word for this villa

We stayed at the villa gazelle twice with the family. Me, my husband and 2 yr old daughter as well as my father, mother and sister. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms (3 king beds upstairs and 2 twin beds in the downstairs bedroom) so ample space to accomodate larger families or a group of friends. Our first stay was during august when we visited Dubai to explore moving here with the family. Then we returned again in September prior to settling into our new home. The villa was the ideal place for our short term stay during this transition as well as the additional benefit of its holiday facilities. It is very comfortable and homey with all the necessities you would need as well as the provided towels and linens which were neatly laid out on the cleanly prepared beds. It's as if checking into a hotel. Additionally a free weekly laundry service for the towels and linen as well as a free housekeeping service is provided. And upon our check in it was very nice to also find a tray displaying free coffee and tea packs giving you a welcoming impression. The outdoor garden area was very cozy and an absolute joy, even during the hot august month we could not resist sitting outside for a bit and enjoying an occasional late night dip and relaxation in the pool. In addition, a full tv entertainment package is provided with all international channels including both arabic and English favorites. During our first stay, we faced a few minor maintanence problems which were politely and thoughtfully taken care of. Raymond (the villa owner) personally madr sure that any comments or complaints were quickly handled to our satisfaction. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and definetely recommend anyone to visit villa gazelle! Finally we would heartily like to thank Raymond for our lovely stay!

The villa is located inland on the main E311 highway and is in an ideal location to easily get to most parts of Dubai and beyond. The villa is well maintained, clean and has good quality furnishings and well decorated. The swimming pool is of an adequate size for a typical family with children with the deep-end of the pool just over 1m high. The villa is ideal for families (2 adults and 4 children) and is a highly recommended place to stay if, like us, you want to avoid booking two hotel rooms. Would definitely stay at villa Gazelle again.

Wir waren mit einem Rennteam zum 5ten Mal beim 24h Rennen in Dubai. Das Haus ist in einer sch?nen und gepflegten anlage, sehr ruhig gelegen. Alle Dinge des t?glichen Lebens (Supermarkt etc) sind in wenigen autominuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles bis zur Sp?lmaschine, vorhanden. Der Pool ist geheizt und wird t?glich durch einen Polllservice gereinigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa Gazelle is a luxury villa with a pool, four large bedrooms and a great open plan lounge. We stayed here with a young family. All of us really enjoyed the villa, it's size, the local swimming pool and walking around the local lake.
We would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Dubai for a holiday. -

I guess the villa was above our expectation in terms of location, facilities, preparedness and cleanness. We enjoyed staying at the villa and we defiantly going to come back. As a member of a BIG family, I am going to recommend the house to my larger family who visit Dubai quite often. Myself & my smaller family (wife & kids) are moving to Dubai by mid-Aug, we’ll be hunting for houses to lease, after this trip; we have added Arabian ranches community to our preferred list. We had a fabulous time staying in Villa Gazelle. The property is spacious, clean and cosy. The pool was great to cool off in and chill out.
The location is ideal with a Golf course, shops, restaurants and supermarket all within a 5 minute drive and there are communual pools also within walking distance if you fancy a change.
Everything about our stay was good, the villa, the location and of course the weather. I would definately stay here next time I visit Dubai.

We would be happy to spend another week at this beautiful fully equipped villa. The interior has been decorated to a high standard and has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday.
The villa will comfortably accommodate eight, with plenty of space for all.
Sunbathing in the garden followed by a dip in the pool kept adults and children happy for most of the day.
Local amenities (supermarket, shops, restaurants) are 5 minutes drive away so no need to venture far if you don’t wish to. However we would thoroughly recommend the short drive to see the many sights within Dubai.
The villa is well maintained and was beautifully clean and tidy when we arrived. The pool was serviced a couple of times during the week to keep the water crystal clear.
A quite oasis in a bustling city.

The family had a great time, the place was clean & spacious - the pool was a bonus.
It's ideal if you want a lazy break and enjoy the sunshine.
Only drawback is the local shops are not close and you'll need cab ride - unless your energetic or have you own transport.
