Additional information about rental rates

Deposit: A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is required as confirmation of the booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. No bookings are confirmed until deposit monies have been received and cleared. Making Payment: Payment can be made by cheque or by electronic bank transfer. Details of where to post cheques, or bank details if you want to electronically transfer monies will be included in an email that will be sent to you following you submitting our Booking Request Form on-line.
Balance Payment: Eight weeks before your arrival at Villa Al Reem the balance of the booking fee is due. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance payment is not paid by the due date.
Check-in time is after 3pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is before 10am on day of departure. Should you require an earlier checking or later departure this must be arrange prior and extra charges may apply.
Security Deposit: At the same time as making the balance payment a security deposit of £300 (GBP) for stays of less than 14 days, £600 (GBP) for stays greater than 14 days is due to cover any damage incurred to Villa Al Reem or its contents during your stay. The security deposit will be refunded to you in full within seven days of the end of your stay by cheque provided no damage has been caused. Should any damage be found the security deposit will be used to rectify the problem and you may forfeit getting the deposit returned. Cancellation Charges: In the event where you need to make a cancellation conditions apply and Villa Al Reem should be notified immediately. Cancellations made up to two weeks before your arrival will incur the loss of 50% of all monies received. Cancellations with less than two weeks prior to arrival will result in 100% loss of all monies received.

  We spent two weeks in April at this beautiful villa
  and had a fantastic time.
  
  From the start we found the booking process very
  professional & the owner also sent us a welcome
  pack which contained lots of very useful
  information, we thought that it was a great idea !
  
  The villa was very clean & well equipped, it was
  beautifully furnished and in a great location with
  the children enjoying the local pool or it was just
  a short drive to the beach/beach clubs. The local
  shops were great and good for take-away's which
  could also be delivered to our door.
  
  I have passed the villa details to several friends
  who are interested and there is so much to do and
  see in Dubai, we hope to return very soon.

  Luxury 4 Bed Villa, Arabian Ranches, Dubai - Highly Recommended

  We stayed at the villa for 10 days and it was exactly what we wanted. It's
  bright, airy and very clean throughout, lovely kitchen and the 2 "smaller"
  bedrooms are still big doubles!! The master en-suite bedroom is huge and
  has an impressive domed ceiling section with sky-lights.
  
  The location is very good, the local shops and restaurants are a very short
  drive away. Then obviously you've got the countless places to visit within
  the city itself!
  
  The communal pool is literally about a 2/3 minute walk and is ideal for
  lounging. There were always sunbeds available, the area is clean and well
  kept, there is a large pool and also a smaller shallow children's pool.
  There's also a play area (swings, slides etc) right next to the pool area which
  is excellent for the kids.
  
  Overall we had a brilliant time staying here, the owner was always helpful
  and it was like a home from home. Because there is so much to do in Dubai
  you really can make what you want of your holiday, staying here provided
  the ideal base for us. We would definitely recommend it and intend to go
  back in the very near future.
