first floor apt with plenty of space, nicely furnished and fresh and clean looking. very central to the city centre. Very helpful staff who got us a DVD player. However no draining board which was a big problem when washing dishes - we were self catering. The car park was quite a walk away but we didn't mind as the weather was fine.
would definitely use again. -

Ideal location for a friends' getaway and in terms of rooms, key pickup, beds, tv and bathroom it had everything we needed and it was great for us.
I must stress that the following comments are the only negatives of the stay, but general cleanliness of the kitchen/living area could have been better, and a full set of crockery / glasses / mugs / utensils is required (matching would be nice). Some furniture a bit tired.
Lovely bathroom with a good shower and bath, good tv, beds were very comfy.

The bathroom is massive and excellent and there are two bedrooms and a large living room/kitchen/dining room area. It is in a slightly scruffy part of town, but not dangerous, and it's just a couple of minutes walk to the center of Dublin. I stayed with my husband and one other couple and we had enough space and the beds were comfortable. Plus there was free Wifi. My only complaints are that it is noisy if people are talking in the hallway or if people are loud out on the street, but that only bothered us a few times in the three days we were there, and there are no outlets in the bathroom.
