I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is located directly across the river from the temple bar area. We fit 6 people in the apartment. Two beds each in their own bedroom and one pull out couch. There was also free internet access. Leah is a great manager. Very responsive to email and answers all your questions.

We had a fantastic weekend break, very comfy surroundings. Great central location and great shower. Leah was very helpful and accommodating. Just be prepared to walk up four flights of stairs when u get here but great views of city.

Very clean, bright and roomy flat with all you would need and suprisingly very quiet considering it is on the quays. The central location is ideal for exploring this lovely city. Great communication prior to our arrival, very easy check-in and very accomodating. I would highly recommend this appartment.

We stayed at the Moy for a long weekend. It's a great place to stay, centrally located in Dublin, across the River Liffey from Temple Bar. You have great views of the river, and plenty of sun light. Leah was a great host, and made working with her on the booking and check in very easy. The apartment was clean, and fully equipped. Highly recommend if you want to walk to all the major attractions in Dublin.

My friends and I've stayed in the moy apartment for 4 days.
This apartment is on the top floor so it is very bright and you can enjoy the sight on Liffey bridge. The location is perfect to visit Dublin in the center next to temple bar, easy for nightlife :).
Well furnished you can find all you need in the kitchen to cook. Everything seems to be new.
Kelly is so nice, we have a very good welcoming thanks to her again.

I would definitely recommend the Moy 2 apartment. First of all, the location is perfect!! Very close to Temple Bar area, close to O'Connell & Henry Streets, a short walk to Trinity College and Grafton Street...close to everything. Second, the apartment was clean and a good size. Lots of hot water, nice towels and all the things needed for a first night. Other reviews did mention you could hear noise from the street so I brought earplugs and they worked very well. Third, excellent dealings with Leah and the person who met us to give us the keys. The only thing was the wifi internet was not so fast but we would definitely stay here again.

What a cool little city Dublin is. We had a great time seeing the sights and this apartment was perfect - very handy location and lovely situation overlooking the Liffey River. Our hosts were very helpful and the homemade bread was delicious! Thank you Leah :)

What a find! This is a superb apartment in an excellent location overlooking the river with Temple Bar and all the night life you could need just over the other side. O'Connell Street shopping area with bars and restaurants is also just a short stroll away. As a party of five "girls" you can tell these were our priorities! Leah made booking very easy and couldn't have been more helpful answering all our questions (yes there is a hair-dryer!) When we arrived Oliver was there to meet us just as promised. We were shown up to the apartment which is very clean, spacious and had everything we needed - there was even a loaf of freshly baked bread waiting for us - a very nice touch. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to come back soon.

The apt. was very nice and well appointed. The girl met us right on time and showed us around the working of the apt. It is centrally located and you can easily walk to most of the city's attractions. The street can be loud at night.

So glad we rented this apartment, it had every amenity we needed...felt right at home. The apartment was very comfortable and Leah was just an email away if we needed anything...which we didnt as she helped us so much prior to our arrival to the apartment. We were located in the middle of all thats exciting in Dublin and were just a walk away from all major sights. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. I stayed at in the Moy apartment this weekend, we booked quite late and Leah was very helpful in helping us decide which of the apartments would be best for our needs. The welcome pack was much appreciated by my tea fiend grandmother so went down well. Thank you!
The apartment itself is lovely, spacious and airy with great views over Dublin. It was very easy to get parked in the Jervis multi story car park around the corner. We got a discount on our 2 days parking with a stamp from Niall, so make sure you ask for that when you arrive if you drive into town.
The location of the apartment is brilliant, with most Dublin attractions in walking distance and lots of great places to eat nearby. There was a fair bit ot noise in the evening, but that's to be expected in a major city centre. So bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!

Our family of 4 (2 daughters--teenager and young adult)loved staying at this apartment! We loved being right on the River Liffey and enjoyed the beautiful view of Dublin. It is fairly centrally located, and because we love to walk, it was within easy walking distance to all the sights and to the dart train station for our day trips out of Dublin. There are plenty of grocery stores, shopping areas and restaurants within easy walking. The apartment itself is quite roomy, comfortable and clean with a nice, large bathroom and all the kitchen amenities (huge refrigerator and freezer) that you could need. Leah left us a nice food basket with a yummy loaf of homemade bread that was delicious toasted for breakfast everyday! I thought the apartment was quite reasonably priced as we have traveled extensively in Europe and are aware of what is available in other countries. Leah was very quick and prompt to respond to email enquiries and her husband was there at the apartment when we arrived. Upon departure we just had to cross the river to catch a taxi to the airport. It was overall a wonderful and fun experience and we would definitely stay there again if we are fortunate enough to return to lovely Dublin!

I would heartily recommed the Moy appartment to anyone looking for a fabulous base in the heart of Dublin, with wonderful views over the Liffey. The apartment was lovely, even better than the photos, and the location perfect for strolling along the river, exploring the city and sampling the many pubs and restaurants in Temple Bar. Leah and Niall were most helpful and welcoming; nothing was too much trouble for them. 10 out of 10.

the river Moy apartment is a really beautiful apartment.we had used the river tolka apartment on our previous stay which was on the ground floor. this apartment is located on the top floor (so lots of stairs!) but worth it for the view!
Lots of light, space and very clean. it's really comfortable and is located centrally.
Leah and Niall are really helpful and will meet you at the apartment when you arrive.

Had a wonderful time in Dublin. This apartment is excellently situated. Parking quite convenient considering the city center location. Quite a few stairs to go up but not a prob really.
Decoration lovely, all very modern and new.

The MOY apartment is a renovated apartment and in a great location - 15 minute walk to Trinity, Temple Bar area, St. Patrick's Cathedral, etc. Our apartment had a lovely view of the river overlooking the city...but was quite noisy due to traffic. Worth the view, but bring your earplugs!

Very good contact with owner before our visit. She responded well to our suggestions of things to get to improve the stay. Perfect central location. Nothing for people who are short of breath, climbing the stairs with luggage and shopping can be really tough.

The apartments were stylish, emaculate with an amazing central location with beautiful views across the river.
the apartments themselves had everything you could ask for from a well stocked kitchen to underfloor heating in the bathroom.
The beds were more than comfortable, set within spacious bedrooms with ample storage space. The apartments were set in a beautiful building. The owners are extremely helpful and were willing to accommodate all of our requests.
