Room Villas Ivela 2 is located in a traditional stone house which is situated 500m from the Old Town in the vicinity of hotel de luxe Excelsior, with the beautiful view on the Old Town, sea and island Lokrum. The vicinity of the Old Town, the beautiful view from our balcony, nicely decorated and very comfortable room arranged in a green colour, and placement in the most beautiful part of town are the bigest advantages of our accommodation. The room is equipped with a refrigerateur, LCD TV, wireless internet, kettle and air conditioning. Room Villas Ivele 2 is located in a traditional stone house which is situated 500m from the Old Town only 50 m from amin reception desk of famous 5 stars Hotel Excelsiorin. The vicinity of the Old Town, (only 5 minutes walking distance), and vicinity of all tourist services are biggest advantage of our accommodation. Room is placed in private house, without many stairs to nearest street. All transport facilities are very close.

Gran habitación muy cerca del casco antiguo (5 minutos andando). Playa pública a 50 metros. Todo lo que anuncia el propietario es verdadero. Sin duda volveríamos.

The room is really big and the bed also. It is really confortabe and also it has a nice balcony with really good views.
You can park in argentinan hotel, near room and you can go to the center by food. -

Our stay in Room Villa Ivela in Dubrovnik was great. The family was very sweet and the location is fantastic, not the last time we will visit.

Large room, good bathroom, very sunny terrace overlooking the sea and the city center. Very good location, 5 minutes walk from the center of the old city. Public beach next door. Fridge, tv and couch in the room. What you see in the pictures of advertising is really what you are getting.

The apartment is big and with air conditioned. It has all you can need for a quiet vacation on Dubrovnik. (The refrigerator is very recomended on hot days.)
It´s near the beach and the old town, next to the Excelsior Hotel, so it´s very easy to get there.
It has been perfect for us!.
