Immaculately clean. Quiet, even though the hubbub of Dubrovnik Old Town is right outside the front door. Charming, character building. Not suitable for people who struggle with stairs! Very good value for money. Victor and Isabella are charming people who were extremely pleasant to deal with. Would recommend to family and friends.

The apartment was ideal for 2 people, although up many stairs. Meeting arrangements worked well and Viktor was helpful with queries on planning next part of our journey. It was lovely to look out onto the garden plots behind the building - unusual for the old city. Really appreciated the washing machine and the pulley contraption to dry clothes - very useful as we didn't have to bring so much. All in all an ideal location for exploring the old city and also for taking trips from Pile Gate area. We had a wonderful week in Divine III and Dubrovnik.

Nous avons été enchanté de la location de l'appartement Divine III. Celui-ci est très bien placé dans la vieille ville de Dubrovnik.
A notre arrivée à l'aéroport, le transfert était très bien organisé par le taxi que nous avions réservé par l'intermédiaire d'Isabelle, et qui nous a conduit à la vieille ville. A notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié la ponctualité de Viktor qui nous attendait pour nous amener à l'appartement, et nous donner toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement de nos vacances.
Notre séjour fut des plus agréable. Nous avons découvert une très belle ville ainsi que sa région.

Stayed for 3 days. Would have stayed longer if I wasn't short for time. Viktor was extremely helpful. Gave him a call from the airport and he he was waiting to great us outside the apartment. He provided us with lots of useful information to ensure we made best use of our time in Croatia. I spoke with Isabelle before arriving and the booking process was a breeze.
The apartment was in perhaps one of the best spots in old town. No steps to get to the building and very close to the main stradun. Clean, good aircon, handy little kitchen and surprisingly quiet. No complaints. Thanks for a great stay guys.

We stayed here for 4 nights. We caught the bus from the airport which was waiting when we arrived, only costing 35 kuna each. The apartment was lovely and clean, the only downside was as it was so hot when we stayed we would have liked some outside space to sit.

Travelled by Monarch and accepted the offer of Victor (agency manager) to fix transport from airport. Well worth while, as taxi driver waiting with our name on a sheet, straight out into a 6 seater minibus, a half an hour journey to the outside of the City and all for €35 or 260 Kuna. Victor met us from the cab, walked us the 3 or 4 minutes to the apartment. Spotlessly clean, a lovely lounge/dining area with a two seater sofa that converted into a double bed. Small kitchen but with everything you could need and all looked in brand new condition. Roomy bathroom with shower and plentiful hot water. Air conditioning/heating in apartment and with the mixed weather we had, we needed both! Open plan stairs to mezzanine with two single beds, wardrobe - simple but all you need. Apartment contained dishwasher, oven, hob, washing maching, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, TV, radio. Towels supplied (l large and 1 small pp). All crockery, cutlery and cooking pots. Lovely views from lounge windows out to garden, though no access. Situated above a pizzeria called Mea Culpa - recommend the pizzas there but you need a good appetite to get through a whole one! City smaller than you realise and it's fairly easy to cover off in a couple of days - if you plan to go on any boat trips then make the most of any good weather, because on the day we decided to go to Lokrum it poured all day and they cancelled the boats from the harbour. Asked Victor to arrange cab back to airport and he once again met us and escorted us to the cab - really worth the money not to have the hassle of public buses. There is no airport transfer bus unless you come in on a scheduled flight! Dubrovnik airport nice to return from - decent duty free shop there. Enjoy your break - pack a mix of clothes suitable for hot and warm - it really didn't get cold at all, but it did get wet!

We had a great stay at this apartment. Although it is in a brilliant occasion, the apartment is very quiet and well set up. The advice we received was great and the price very reasonable for where you are staying. I would definitely recommend it

I stayed there in a high season, so walking in the old town was a torture but the flat was very quiet, and very close to everything you need. The people working in the butterfly service were extremely friendly and helpful.Maybe the only negative point of the flat is the food smell coming from the restaurants on the first floor.

This little apartment offers everything that you will need for a wonderful stay in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik. Fully renovated and immaculately clean we immediately fell in love with it. The location is perfect being situated right in the centre of the old city but a short walk from the beaches. Viktor offered a friendly welcome and plenty of information to help us get our holiday off to a great start. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment. The only drawback for some people might be that it is situated on the top floor and might present difficulties for those who find stairs difficult.
