We were so impressed with apartment Carmel, it is definitely what is looks like in the photos but even better in real life.
Ivana met us on our first day and gave us the run-down on the apartment and some great hints and tips on what to do and where to eat - thanks Ivana!! Your tip about walking the walls early in the morning was definitely on the money, it was so hot. We also took your advice and went to Buza 1 (the hole in the wall bar) and loved it.
The apartment was super clean, quite roomy (for a one bedroom!) and very modern, we felt spoilt. It contained everything you could possibly need from towels to bedlinen and even sunscreen! There was even some staple food items like pasta, cereal etc. if you needed it. The kitchen was awesome.
The best bit? You walk down the stairs and out of the apartment and you are right in the heart of the old town which was so beautiful. In just a few steps you are at a restaurant for dinner and a few more steps takes you to the stradun where all the action is.
The next time we visit magical Dubrovnik, we will definitely be booking this one again. Such a great find! -

Apartment Carmel was a great stay. Ivanna was efficient with emails and all questions answered about the apartment and Dubrovnik prior to our arrival. She met us in the old city and took us to the apartment with explanations of what we could do and restaurants recommended. The apartment is very comfortable with air con. Decorated with style and absolutely everything you would need for your stay. Its location is upstairs over all the restaurants which is great for dinner and also shopping. A little noise at times but when windows closed no problem with sleeping. We loved being in the heart of the old city. Have recently recommended this apartment to family and they also loved their stay.

Apartment was well appointed and in the centre of the walled city. Air conditioned and well equipped and just like the picture. The bedroom had two sets of windows so the noise level outside was not a problem. The tiny balcony was great for watching the birds swooping down. Ivana gave us some useful information and there were some books in the apartment. There is a well equipped supermarket 5 minutes away.
We had a great time. -

This is a very nicely appointed apartment in the heart of the Old Town in Dubrovnik. The location is very central, convenient for restaurants and exploring the the Old Town itself. And, for anyone who knows Dubrovnik, this apartment is only up one stairway!
The apartment is easy to find. The decor is higher end, and nicely done. The owner is attentive and extremely knowledgeable. The small balcony is a nice addition. Everything worked out perfectly for my visit. I'll definitely stay again.
