Galijun apartment is inside the old city in a great location to explore the walled city. It is high up so provides a beautiful view of the city. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. We were met at Pile gate and escorted to the apartment which we really appreciated after such a long trip. If we return to Dubrovnik, we would happily stay there again.

Stayed at this property in July and it is difficult to find fault with it to be honest.
Firstly, the communications with Ivona, the letting agent were prompt and always helpful in the lead up to our holiday.
On arrival we were met by Danielle at the spectacular Old Town Gate, from where she walked us through the pedestrianised old town, a walk of less than 10 mins to the apartment situated at one end of the old town itself. She explained in detail all about the apartment and made some good recommendations for us.
The apartment itself is huge for a 2 bedroomed. You enter via a very quiet atmospheric laneway through a locked door leading to a small private courtyard (small as in room for a table and chairs only). Then you enter another locked door to the apartment, then its up around 10 steps to this gem of an apartment. Place was spotlessly clean and had air-con (essential for the Croatian summer heat), Sat tv, dvd player, the usual kitchen appliances and as a bonus had some juice and wine in the fridge. 2 skylights gave the apartment a bright and airy aspect. The view feom the living room windows are of the old town walls and other old town features and directly underneath is an outdoor cinema showing english movies with croatian subtitles. The apartment is very quiet and external noise was never an issue.
Overall, I would have no hesitation in staying here again should I be lucky enough to visit this fantastic place again.. -

We stayed in this apartment on a number of occasions over the last couple of years, last being in November 2011. We absolutely love it as it is light, spacious, very quite and central to Old Town. It has all amenities one needs, including cable TV, CD player and wireless Internet. The kitchen is well equipped and the flat is big enough for family of four or two couples. It is only minutes away from all the restaurants and bars but you don't hear any noise as it is tucked in in a picturesque little street above the main street level. The views over the roofs of Old Town houses and the Wall around town are wonderful. The owner/manager Ivona is so incredibly helpful and accommodating that we truly feel at home each time we visit.

We stayed in this apartment for four nights and absolutely loved it. The apartment itself is beautiful and clean but the views from the windows are incredible. We spent many an hour sitting at the windows with a glass of wine in hand watching life go by. There is an open air cinema below the apartment which means a free movie can be seen if you open your windows. You can watch people walking the walls but no one can see into the apartment as it is not overlooked. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment...and the free wine and juice were an unexpected bonus!

A beautiful tranquil apartment in the centre of the Old City.
I stayed in this apartment in June 2008, it is finished to very high standards with lovely conmfortable furnishings and the air conditioning is much appreciated when so hot in the middle of summer!
There was plenty of room for the 4 of us staying there and being so close to all of the restaurants and the hub of activity was definately an added bonus.
I would definately recommend staying here and will return myself sometime in the future.
