A superb location within the Old Town of Dubrovnik, Saraca Apartments (Cathedral View and The Old Bakery) are two beautiful apartments for self-catering rental in the centre of the walled Old Town of Dubrovnik in southern Croatia.
A great location only a few steps from every amenity of the Old Town you could need - yet offering great tranquility when you want to get away from it all. There are no steep steps to climb to get to the building itself and once there the apartments are on the second floor.

Additional notes from owner
There are no hidden extras. All linen and towels for internal use are included. Taxes are included. Whilst we expect the apartment to be left as you found it we give it a good clean too and this is included in the cleaning. Wifi and air con are also included.
Payment - 25% deposit upon booking with the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival by either bank transfer or paypal. We can arrange your transfer from the airport at a good rate - please ask!

Just back from fantastic trip to Croatia. Cathedral View apartment based in Old Town fabulous location. 4 adultes - Everything catered for, very clean, all mod cons including much need air con, great power shower. The view was spectacular. If I had a fault and its not with the apartment but with the rubbish collection every morning from 6ish but got used to it and would 100% not stop me booking this apartment again. Benedict, Denko, apt transfer very easy to deal with with no hiccups - would like to say thanks from the 4 ladies.
About Dubrovnik - Unbelievable city, would recommend staying in old town for a while and then book hotel in Lapad for pool, holiday winddown. Old town more expensive to buy groceries, eat out but found eating just outside the walls cheaper. Tip - Don't buy the jewellary from market directly downtstairs from apartment (two guys) was charged 20 euro (not kuna) more for a necklace than in cost in Lapad unfortunately - my fault to buy in first place am sure all not like that. While some locals/waiters very abrupt you get used of the culture. Looking forward to my next trip. -

A really perfect stay from start to finish. We were collected at the airport and escorted to the apartment. The apartment was lovely, very clean with a very impressive shower. Centrally located right next to the Cathedral within walking distance of a huge array of restaurants, bar, shop and market. It really was a very enjoyable break.

A superb old town location right in the heart of the city. The accommodation is
perfect for use as an exploration base or a retreat for lounging and reading.
We went for the lazy option and made good use of the local bars and
restaurants that are on the doorstep.
All the arrangements were efficient and easy. Local contacts known to the
owners were very helpful. It was a little unsightly if you woke up early enough
for the rubbish collection however, the spectacular outdoor church service
witnessed from the window made up for that.

We rented Cathedral View in April. With my wife 6
months pregnant we were anxious that our
holiday in Dubrovnik went smoothly and was as
relaxing as possible. We really needn't have
worried when we arrived at the airport the transfer
(Mario) that we had arranged with the Benedict
(the owner) was waiting for us, and greeted us
and drove us into Dubrovnik, explaining some of
the history of the area and suggesting some of the
places worth visiting. We arrived at the city Walls
where we were met by Dinko who welcomed us
and helped us with our luggage and showed us to
the apartment where he explained how everything
worked and gave us his mobile number in case
we needed anything. The apartment was even
better than it looked on the website, the decor
was immaculate and very tastefully done incl. very
comfortable leather sofa, carved stone sink, huge
sunken bath, mood lighting to name but a few of
the comforts. Once we took in the views from the
windows and ventured outside we soon realised
how well located the apartment was, overlooking
beautiful views of the old town, right by the Jazz
Square within the walls by the harbour. We were
charmed by this Fairytale city and it's people and
very much recommend this apartment for the

We had a fantastic week in Dubrovnic at the apartments and I couldn't rate the holiday more highly.
The taxi that had been arranged was waiting for us at the airport and although we had little need of any other service during our stay I had no doubt that if needed I could call on Benedict at any time.
The apartments are ideally located in the old city so you really feel that you are getting under the skin of the real Dubrovnik - you feel very superior to the other tourists heading back to their hotels outside the city walls! But yet its only a short walk to the promenade of cafes or the walls or the restaurnats by the harbour. Even the walk to the beach is pretty close and its always a lovely historic route that welcomes you back towards the apartment.
The apartments themselves were lovely - very well furnished, comfortable and with everything you could need. We had a day of rain during the week and we all were very happy to relax indoor as there was plenty of space and a large variety of books to browse through.
