A super location within the Old Town of Dubrovnik, Saraca Apartments (The Old Bakery and Cathedral View) are two beautiful apartments for self-catering rental in the centre of the walled Old Town of Dubrovnik in southern Croatia.

A great location only a few steps from every amenity of the Old Town you could need - yet offering great tranquility when you want to get away from it all. There are no steep steps to climb to get to the building itself and once there the apartments are only on the second floor.

The Old Bakery is a lovely, light and deceptively large studio apartment. A great use of space enables 3 people to sleep on m...ezzanine beds giving ample living and storage space on the ground floor. The high ceiling features exposed beams.

There are four windows with rare views of a garden & old Dubrovnik buildings to the rear & with glimpses of the fortified walls beyond, giving a tranquil hideaway but still in the thick of it all. The windows are all double glazed with working shutters to enhance your stay.

Recently renovated to a high standard and owned by English and Australians the studio features wooden and tiled flooring throughout, a shower room with sink & a wc with window, a kitchen area with all one would expect, a dining area and a sitting area and ample storage. The perfect place!

There are no hidden extras. All linen and towels for internal use are included. Taxes are included. Whilst we expect the apartment to be left as you found it we give it a good clean too and this is charged accordingly. Wifi and air con are also included.
Payment - 25% deposit upon booking with the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival, by transfer or paypal. We can arrange your transfer from the airport.

  I stayed here in April 10 to catch some early season sun and enjoy the slower pace of life. The apartment is in within view of the main street in Dubrovnik but far enough away that there is no noise from the many restaurants and bars there.
  
  The apartment is well proportioned and I loved the tall, shuttered windows that gave it that classic Med look. One of the windows looked directly onto a small garden with fruit trees and the outer city wall beyond that.
  
  The kitchen had everything that I would have needed to cook and dine in although I was too lazy for that and ate out at a different restaurant every night. And even though I was after a quieter pace of life for a week, the WiFi was much appreciated for keeping in touch with the real world.
  
  All in all, this is a fantastic apartment in the heart of the old town, with all the amenities that you need within one minutes walk
