A short 5 minute walk takes you to the charming Lapad beach itself and bus station. There is also local tennis courts, internet garden, playground and a commercial centre a few minutes walk from your front door so everything you could possibly need is on hand.
The bus connection Lapad/Old town is excellent. The line 6 runs every 15 mn from ealry morning till late evening making the city very close. The timetable can be seen on Dubrovnik Libertas website. http://www.libertasdubrovnik.hr/gradski.pdf
Taxi station is a 10 mn walk from the apartment and Lapad/Old town costs 10 EUR.
Also worth noticing is that the apartment comes with its own parking space.

I absolutely adored La Note Bleue and would recommend it to anyone. The interior, was modern & chic, yet functional and cosy. The views hypnotic.
Butterfly Services were extremely helpful, punctual, efficient and friendly. I would 100% re-book through them again.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. -

From booking to picking up the keys it was all very easy, the apartment was very clean and user friendly,the distance to the beach was a pleasnant walk away, there quite a few steps though. lots of bars and restaurants and the old town was close by too and really worth a visit, we would definatly go back for another visit.There was some building work going on opposit us during our visit which made for a lot of noice and dust but im sure the next time we go that will be finished. also the lobby was needing a good sweep out, but i think it was a public holiday for a few days so maybe the cleaner was off?

Modern, attractive condo 10 minutes from Dubrovnik with fabulous views, great beach and charming promenade/restaurants. Parking included but bus to town is nearby and so is supermarket. Isabel and Viktor manage Butterfly and provide exceptional service! (we have rented over 150 times thoughout the world and they are the tops!). Dubrovnik is fabulous but totally mobbed during the day! Go by 3 when the cruise ship visitors are exhausted/nearly gone. Croatia (visited 25 yrs ago), is now a very modern, cosmopolitan country, everyone speaks English, wwfi included - great place to travel! Butterfly will provide door to door transfer and some great half/full day excursions (we went on our own).

Un accueil d'une extrême gentillesse pour cet appartement parfaitement situé en dehors de la foule de Dubrovnik. La vue depuis la sympathique terrasse vous permet de voir la mer, le coucher de soleil. L'appartement est parfaitement structuré avec ses baies vitrées, très propre, le salon comfortable, la cuisine parfaitement équipée (frigo, congélateur, lave vaisselle). La salle de bain est également très bien pour un couple. La chambre à coucher également donne un accès sur la terrasse. L'endroit est calme la journée comme la nuit. L'arrêt du bus se trouve à une dizaine de minutes a pied et vous ammène directement dans le centre de la vieille ville, ce qui est bien pratique. Vous pouvez également profiter de la palce de parking et vous balader dans la région. Tout est parfait, pratique, neuf, meublé avec goût. Incontestablement hautement recommandable.

My wife and I had our wedding in Dubrovnik in august 2011. Rather than stay in a busy hotel we decided to book our own space for a more private stay. The La Note Bleue apartment provided us with everything we wanted, a large balcony with perfect sea views, a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants and a clean modern apartment with all you need. There are very good transport links to the old town with a short bus ride. What made our stay here even more enjoyable was the help and service of Butterfly services. Viktor and Isabelle spoiled us with a wedding gift and were available any time with all requests we made.
