Beautifull view from apartament tarrase to old town,beach,cristal clear sea,also view from balcony to island Lokrum which is my favorite place during the summer...botanic garden and places where you can lying and resting near the sea...perfect for swimming and diving too...kayaking from port in Old Town or st.Jakov beach,cable car 200 m distance if you decided to visit Srđ where is beautiful view to all islands and Dubrovnik....

We stayed in Mediteran for four nights last week - already seems like months ago! Mediteran is not an apartment with all the frills but the location and view are excellent - not far from the town beach too which was a plus!
Lots of steps!
There is some road noise but Dubrovnik is a busy place.

Just returned from 5 nights stay in Dubrovnik and what a perfect stay it was.
The apartment is in a great position, 10 mins walk to the old town and 5 mins to the cable car and also down to the beach.
We hired a car and found the apartment very easily thanks to Jelena great directions, there is a free parking spot right in front of the apartment.
The apartment is functional and very clean with modern amenities e.g a/C, dishwasher, wifi, washing machine. We also enjoyed many breakfast's on the fantastic balcony.
Would highly recommended Mediteran apartment for any short or long stay in Dubrovnik.

The apartment was perfect for us. It has a great location, just a 15 min walk to the old town, 5 min to the Tram and just down the hill to an excellent beach and beach club. It has an outstanding view of the old town and the islands across the water. The view was especially good at sunset. The apartment was well furnished and has all the necessary kitchen supplies. The air conditioning really came in handy since it was very hot outside during our stay. We would definitely stay there on any return to Dubrovnik.

It's not just about Jelena being such a friendly and fantastic host but also about the apartment itself where you can enjoy an excellent view from the balcony of the Bay, the luxurious yachts and the Old city.
The apartment is quiet and with double glazing
Located outside of the Old city which we preferred as much less busy and less noisy.
Lots of nice places around: bars/clubs... and I would definitely recommend to go to the Victoria lounge bar nearby that has an amazing setup and great atmosphere

We could not fault the service of lovely owner Jelena and her boyfriend who drove us to and from the airport, despite problems with our flights.
The apartment is in a perfect location and the views from the balcony are stunning. The balcony is double the size it looks in the picture and it is wonderful to have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the world go by. Everyone walking past the apartment stops to take a photograph outside the apartment as we had the best view on the road! Although there is a little noise from the road it's a small price to pay for the fabulous location. The double glazed balcony doors mean you can hear nothing when they are closed, and the air conditioning means you don't have to have the doors open at all if you don't want to.
There are a number of stairs to get to and from the Old Town and beach, stairs are unavoidable in Dubrovnik, but there were fewer stairs than some other areas so we felt these weren't a problem at all.
The apartment is well equipped and clean; large rooms, large comfortable bed, large shower, the pictures do not do it justice!
We would not hesitate to go back to Dubrovnik and would definitely stay in this apartment again, we have already recommended it to friends and family! Thank you Jelena :)Response from Jelena Marovic - 08/21/2011

We stayed at apartment Mediteran for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute - really didn't want to leave! Jelena was a great host. We arrived by hire car from the airport - having a parking space right outside the apartment was a bonus and Jelena even parked the car for us on arrival! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The view from the balcony made the stay really memorable though - eating breakfast and watching the cruise ships, yachts etc go in and out of the old harbour - brilliant. Although the apartment was on a fairly busy road it was only traffic noise kept to a minimum by the double glazing - no noisy bars etc. Residential area. Supermarket just 5 mins walk away. Dubrovnik (loved it!!)was a 10 mins downhill. We would definitely go back and would recommend to friends.

It was i nice holiday, but very hot and crowdy in Dubrovnik in that period. The flat was nice, the road a bit close and a lot of stairs down to the crowdy beach. There were another possibility to swim and stay in the sun near by.
The hostess/owner are very friendly and helpfull.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Arranged pick up in airport and acted as a local touristguide. Close to old town and beach and with the most splendid view from the balcony. Very nice and clean appartment.
