Apartment Petra is top located in the heart of UNESCO World Heritage Site Old Town Dubrovnik next to main square, in a quiet street, on the first floor family house.
ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT,
Air conditioning, wireless internet free of charge, breakfast included in price, Ideal for a couple, friends or families with one or more children looking to take advantage of all that Dubrovnik's old town has to offer.
Location is really great since there you have all nearby (footstep) - the most popular beach Banje - East West beach club is less than 5 minutes walking, bus stations is just 3 minutes walking and in city of Dubrovnik you have everything including concerts, theatre, galleries, historical museums (city walls), post office, banks, night clubs, numerous restaurants, cafés and bars.
Accommodation
Bedrooms ONE: Spacious bedroom with view to City Walls, consists of one queen sized bed.
(sleeping capacity on sofa/extra beds in living room) large wardrobe.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower, WC, boiler and a hair dryer. Towels are provided according to the number of persons and changed every two to three days.
Kitchen: Kitchen is equipped with cooker and hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, dishes and cutlery.
Living Rooms: Apartment Petra is the best choice for couples or friends. It can accommodate two/four persons. It is fully renovated and very carefully decorated with all details.(double Sofabed, satellite TV, air conditioning, High free Speed Internet , DVD player).
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linens are included in price, towels are changed every 3-4 days and linens every 7 days. Cleaning is before and after your stay.
Apartment is situated in Dubrovnik center where you cannot enter by car so you do not need it. If you are with car you can leave it in public garage which is 10 minutes walking from apartment (price per day in garage is cca 22 euro). Dubrovnik airport is situated 22km from Dubrovnik town so I advise you to take our transfer (ask for the price) or to take the airport shuttle bus who leaves from the Pile bus station, which is 3 minutes walking distance.
SPECIAL OFFER:
There is 8-10% discount if you stay 7 nights or more. (except in high season July/August) Long term and winter rates are negotiable.
Changeover day in any day. Arrival time in apartment is 14:00PM and departure is at 10:00AM. If you need to come earlier or leave later I kindly ask you to let me know.
