Apartment Tara is a large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located in a prime location., offering beautiful views of the Old Town and Adriatic Sea. The Old Town of Dubrovnik is only a 10 minute walk away, and the nearest beach is only 5 minutes away. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, therefore this apartment can sleep 6 people comfortably. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, while the main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Apartment Tara is air conditioned, with units in the main living area and all 3 bedrooms. This is a great apartment with an amazing view. All the rooms were a good size, the balcony had plenty of seating, and the jacuzzi on the terrace was the icing on the cake. The only downside was the amount of steps to reach the apartment from the town, a lot, but with that view waiting for you, it was well worth the effort.

I have no idea where to begin except at the beginning. Our plans changed from getting in at midday, to getting in at 11PM. Not even that was a problem for Ivanna who met us late at night to accommodate us. From getting local info that evening, as well as some starters in the fridge, we were made to feel at home the minute we arrived. Suggestions of restaurants, local trips, to even a side trip to Mostar (Bosnia), all could not have turned out better. Everything we were suggested to do far exceeded our expectations, as well as staying in that fantastic view with the amazing view. Clean, comfy, and all the comforts of home make for a unbelievable holiday experience. One main reason we picked apartment Tara was due to the pictures. Sorry to say, the photos, do not do it justice. My advice is to go and see for yourself. Breathtaking is the word. Having coffee early morning and watching the sun rise over old town Dubrovnik, alone is worth the trip. Ivanna suggested a side trip to Mostar Bosnia, which again, exceeded our expectations, especially the oyster farm in Ston. Seems I am running out of characters for my review, but not out of great adjectives or kudos for ths wonderful place. I want to thank Ivanna for being as welcoming as she was, as well as Zoran for being a great guide. This will go down as one of our best trips in a very long time. Please, if you want to make a memory that will last a lifetime, this is the place to make them.

My family and I stayed at the apartment for 6 nights, and
couldn't have had a better experience!!! We only speak English,
and that was never a problem in Dubrovnik. The view from the
apartment is absolutely breathtaking. We spent every morning
drinking coffee, and many nights drinking wine while overlooking
the old city walls and adriatic Sea. The apartment is very
clean and very cozy. The air conditioning worked great. The bed
was very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. And, did
I mention that the view was amazing? Beach access is just 5 min
of the apartment building; we spent most of our days enjoying
the sun on the beach since weather was perfect for this time of
the year, the temperature was even 25 degrees. A short stroll
from the apartment, you will find many restaurants. Our nights
were spent enjoying dinner in Old Town, or cooking for ourselves
at the apartment. Old Town is a short walk (10 minutes) and if
you wish to see other parts of Dubrovnik the bus stop is on the
street below the apartment. There are several grocery stores in
the area, so buying our own food (and wine!) was very easy. We
hope to return to Dubrovnik someday. If we do, we will
definitely stay at this apartment again!

We were really pleased with the apartment as it was equipped with
everything we needed. The balcony had a great view over the old
town and sea - perfect for relaxing on in the evenings. The area
is very secure and the apartment itself is in a great location.
It is only a 10 minute walk into town. The Banje beach is easily
reached from the apartment. The place is vibrant and there is
something for every one. We would highly recommend the apartment
and location to anyone and we hope to come back soon. Quick
thanks also to Ivana she was really helpful in giving us ideas
on where to go during our stay. -

Where do we start...Ivana have thought of everything, from the first response via email to the 'meet and greet' in Dubrovnik,
it was all so reassuring especially as this was our first time not using a tour operator! The apartment Tara was great and it had everything we needed. The owners have created a modern 'home from home'. The location couldn't be better, we could walk to the beach in 5 min although the return trip was little longer. I recommend apartment Tara to everyone and a big thanks
to Ivana for providing a first class service. -

We really enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik. This apartment was all we had hoped for, and more. From the time we were met Ivana(she is great) at airport to our departure 10 days later, all went very smoothly. The apartment was well prepared (clean, and with a few goodies to start our stay) spacious, recently renovated with state of the art appliances, and received plenty of day light although it was in a narrow street.Apartment have cable tv with lots of cartoons, paradise for our kids, and fast internet for us. It was very affordable and the location was excellent. Everything we needed was within 10 minutes. To go further we simply took the bus from Pile gate. One night, there was a live concert on boat in harbor in old town, we enjoyed from the balcony. Yet when we went in and closed the sliding door, we could not hear anything...great!!! Without a doubt, we will stay there again!!!

A recently renovated apartment in a great location. We like to be in centre of the town, which is actually really quiet in the evening, rather then stay in old town where noise continues into the early morning.This apartment is near and handy for everything,where there be shopping,restaurantes, bus stop etc. The old town and beach are only a few minutes walk away.The apartment is finished to high standards with everything you to have for enjoyable holiday, with spectacular view from terrace.We do not do any cooking in the apartment, to much excellent food in restorants in old town, but if you wished to do ...everything is at hand.

Our stay at this apartment was excellent. The service was
fabulous...we were promptly greeted when we arrived in Dubrovnik
and we received great recommendations for dining and
transportation. Cool refreshments in the fridge was exactly what
we need..a nice gesture for welcome. I would recommend this
apartment and rental company to everyone. Great apartment, clean,
very stylish and well equipped, in quite resident area and so
close to old town ..about 10 min walk. The stairs were a killer,
but the terreace made the climb worthwhile the spectacular view
on the sea and old town.
