Villa Lia is located in a quiet and peaceful area, only 1200 meters from Old Town Dubrovnik, and 500 meters from the beach. Shops, bank, bus stop and other services you might need can be reached by foot or car.
The apartment Ivana have two rooms with king size bed, kitchen with living room and bathroom. In front of the apartment is beautiful garden with sitting furniture and BBQ.
Private parking can be arranged, for those arriving by plane or boat we offer to pick you up from the Dubrovnik airport or from the city-harbor

A very good and pleasant location in a beautiful town, it is not far away from the old town and you can go on foot. A quiet area and in the house also. Good place for a nice vacation.:)))

The house was very clean and there was all the devices you need. We used to have lunch at the graden where there was even a barbacue. It's a little bit far from the old city of Dubrovnick but we usually went on foot because it's very difficult to park there. Lia is a very nice person and we were very confortable in her house.
