Casa Bella is located in the flat part of Dubrovnik's Old Town, just steps away from restaurants, cafes, shops, markets, historical sites, and transportation. Because the Old Town is pedestrian-only (i.e. cars are not permitted inside), its streets are very kid-friendly. There is a large beach with beach club just 5-7 minutes walking distance outside of Old Town. Dubrovnik airport is 25km away.

Cheers to Dubrovnik apartment Source and the owner of Casa Bella for a wonderful stay at this apartment. We were in Dubrovnik for our son's wedding and the location and size of this apartment provided a central point for our entire group to meet and visit throughout the week. We had a group of about 63 people and I believe we had the best location of the entire group.
This apartment is right in the middle of the bustling Old Town yet is very peaceful. We could walk less than a couple of hundred feet every morning to an open air market and buy fresh fruit for breakfast or to one of many restaurants close by.
One of our favorite haunts was the Buzza Bar which is directly on the sea, not far from this apartment, and offers refreshments and access to swim in the sea or for the brave, to jump or dive of the rocks (some as high as 20 meters).
When you book something like this over the internet, there is always a doubt on whether the pictures are deceiving or the description overstates the reality of the facility. In this case there were no surprises. We found everything as it was described.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

We stayed in Casa Bella apartment for 4 nights in early May 2011. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very well located to walk everywhere within the Old City. No buses or taxis required. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The wifi internet was very helpful. The kitchen was large and very functional although we only ate breakfast in the apartment as there are so many great restaurants in and around the old city.
Ozanna who met us to walk to the apartment from the gates was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and she made us pancakes when we arrived, lovely touch. We then walked her to her bus stop and enjoyed her conversation.
For future guests I would recommend travelling with light luggage. We were travelling for 3 weeks in several countries and had too much luggage for the walk from the drop off point at the gate to the apartment. Again, Ozanna was of great assistance in helping pull the luggage to the apartment.
As an aside I would not recommend the atlas travel agency for a city guided tour. We hired a gentleman for a 1 1/2 hour tour of the old city. It was not worth the expenditure.
Overall we would highly recommend Casa Bella for staying in the old city of Dubrovnik.

Let me start by saying a profound "thank you" for all your assistance in helping us with our vacation in Dubrovnik. From the first inquiry email I sent, you answered my questions clearly and patiently and addressed each concern we had about visiting a location we had little knowledge of. Your help made the planning easy and our actual arrival simple. The driver you arranged met us and took us directly to the city walls so all we had to do was enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Secondly, Casa Bella was marvelous!! It exceeded our expectations and was the perfect spot for our family of five to nest while we explored Dubrovnik. Ozana could not have been more wonderful. She met us at the city gate, introduced us to the apartment and explained the function of all the TVs, appliances, heaters, etc., and made us feel truly welcome. When she stopped by on Xmas Eve with some home baked traditional Xmas bread, we knew we had hit the jackpot. An hour later, when we found ourselves with a minor flood in the kitchen when we did our breakfast dishes, Ozana, managed to find a plumber and a part on Xmas Eve so we would have a "dry" Xmas. Then she took us to the local supermarket in response to my query as to where to procure the best seafood.
David and I have agreed that we will return to Dubrovnik in the future. The people were genuinely warm and welcoming, and unfailingly treated us as if we were honored guests. The city is remarkable and is a true monument to the beauty of its remarkable people. We were totally surprised at how almost universally excellent spoken English was and would suggest that you include this information in your materials for anyone considering a trip there. Frankly, I came home feeling a bit under-educated after conversing with the welcoming Croatians and their fluent English.
Again, thank you for your help in creating a dream vacation. We will return!!
