This collection of 2 studio apartments and 1 double bedroom is located in the quiet upper part of Old Town. With their simple, elegant décor they are attractive and inviting, offering guests a comfortable retreat from the hustle and bustle of the town center below. The building’s position at the Buza gate means that it can be easily accessed without any stairs—a bonus when arriving/departing with luggage. The main street Stradun can be reached in two ways: a 1-minute walk straight down a long staircase or a leisurely 5-minute walk around to the Ploce or Pile gates that avoids stairs altogether.

Lotus II has 19m2 and is on the secon...d floor (please note that there is a spiral staircase which may not be suitable for some guests). It features a small double bed (140cm wide), a bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette. Double-paned windows, while not really necessary given the apartment’s tranquil location, are a nice added touch that provide an extra line of defense against any potential noise.

Other amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless Internet, toaster, kettle, and hairdryer. Pets are welcome!

Lotus II sleeps 2 and may be combined with Lotus I and Lotus III downstairs to sleep a total of 6 guests under one roof. Note: a discounted price is available if all 3 properties are rented for the same period; email us with your request.

There is a 2-night minimum requirement. Shorter stays may be accepted at a 20% higher price.

Lotus apartment is located in a quiet part of Dubrovnik's Old Town. The building is easily accessible with no stairs from the Buza Gate entrance. The main street Stradun can be reached in three ways: a 1-minute walk straight down a long staircase, a 2-minute walk down approximately 10-15 stairs, or a leisurely 5-minute walk around to the Ploce or Pile gates that avoids stairs altogether. There is a large beach with beach club located just outside of the Old Town that can be reached in 5-8 minutes from the apartment. Dubrovnik airport is approximately 25km away.

  My wife and i stayed here for 3 days in late august. Upon arrival Nike (Owner) picked us up in her car. She provided us with plenty of local historical information as we rode to the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment we were not disappointed. The apartment is both modern, but still has a Crotian charm. The apartment was spotless as well. The location to the beach, restaurants, and attractions is ideal. Nike actually advised us to eat at Lady PiPi which was fantastic.
  The only negative thing about the apartment would be the tight spiral staircase. We didn't have a problem, but it could pose some trouble for other travellers.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Lotus 2. The location was perfect. We were in the old town, close to all of the sites, great restaurants, beach and supermarket. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Nike was also the most wonderful, helpful hostess. She was very responsive to all of our needs, and went "above and beyond" to help us. She even picked up our laundry and did it for us, as we had thought there was a laundry in the building. On the last day we had an evening flight, and Nike let us leave our luggage in the room and use the apartment for the afternoon, long after our agreed upon check out time. This was so incredibly kind, and allowed us to visit islands and sightsee that day. She basically enabled us to have an amazing day, because of her generosity.
  
  The only thing that may be hard for elderly guests is a spiral staircase 2 floors up to the room. It was fine for us though.

  Relaxing apartment in Dubrovnik

  I had a great time in Dubrovnik, and thanks to Dubrovnik apartment Source I found a wonderful apartment to stay in that was a fraction of the price of the big hotels. The location was perfect and the apartment (Louts II) was exactly as described on the webiste. The apartment was modern and clean and a nice relaxing place to go at the end of a long day of exploring. I also made use of the airport pick-up service, and even though my flight was delayed by an extra 3 hours the taxi driver was still waiting for me by the time I made it to Dubrovnik airport. When I return to Dubrovnik in the future, booking an apartment through DaS is the only way I'd go, and I will tell all my friends about it too. Thanks for making my trip so easy!
