Villa Benic is the stone house built in the first half of the last century, located near the old town (a five minute walk). The accommodation consists of studio apartment Mara ( 20 Meters Squared) and room Orsat ( 20 Meters Squared ), both located on the first floor. Villa Benic is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded with other family houses with gardens. Across the house there is a basketball playground and an underground garage. The nearest bus station is 50 meters away. We offer free transportation to and from bus and ferry terminals. The old town is situated 5 minutes by foot, and to the nearest beaches it takes about 10-15 minutes. Grocery shops, bakery, cafe bar and the police station are all located within 150 meters villa radius.

Accueil formidable, beaucoup de conseils donnés et doc touristique à disposition.
L'appartement est confortable, correctement équipé, la vue superbe depuis le balcon. Le parking privé est Tres pratique pour ceux qui ont une voiture. M Benic est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport, DBV se faisant a pied(vieille ville à 5min), on peut louer une voiture quand on quitte la ville. Une superette se trouve à 50 m mais avec très peu de choix, suffisante cependant pour une nuit ou 2. De toute façon, il y'a d'autres supermarchés pas loin! -

Our stay in Villa Benic was very relaxing and enjoyable. Our room had a great view over the old city of Dubrovnik and the sea. The owner of the villa was very polite and helpfull. He gave us lots of advice and good tips about nice restaurants and shops. We look forward to go back there. This summer some of our friends will be visiting this place for their honeymoon, on our recomendation. It is very close to the old city and very close by you can rent a scooter to be more mobile. The house is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. Enjoy your stay!

We stayed there 7 nights in august 2010. Check in was efficient and friendly. The studio apartment Mara that we stayed in was great with a big balcony and a beautifull view at a sea and the fortress Lovrienac. The villa itself is well kept, it is really nice from inside and outside. It is close to the Old town. Outside there is a patio and a braii area that one can use and that really made us feel like being at home. The hosts are very friendly and very helpfull,really nice folks, with a lot od informations about the places to see and things to do. We enjoyed our entire stay and would definately like to visit again. We can sincerely recommand it to others.

Villa Benic is situated not far from the center of the city, in walkable distance to it, the beach, and the bus stations. There is a supermarket just next to it. The service is great, the hosts - very hospitable, the rooms - nice and tidy. There is a garage, internet and all other necessary preconditions for a great holiday.

Very friendly people, picked us up from the airport as arranged;
The room was very pleasant, air conditioned with a great view from our balcony,the bathroom very stylish and clean,the little kitchenette just what was needed for a quick cup of coffee; the location absolutely fab! Walking distance from the beach and the old city where all restaurants and cultural events were;
