Fully equipped and very spacious apartment on two floors and two balconies for comfortable stay for up to 7 people. On bottom floor there is fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room connected to the balcony that has a sitting area and a master bedroom with double bed. On upper floor you will find one big room with three single beds and a big balcony with a sea view.

Apartment is situated in an small apartment building in quiet neighbourhood far away from city crowd but still close enough to the city centre. A small family run grocery store is located in the building for the basic groceries. One of the best and definitely one of the most beautiful Dubrovnik beaches called Bellevue is less than 200 meters away. In front of the building and all around of the apartment building you will find lots of free parking places. Bus station is right in front of the apartment. Just down the street is a 5 star hotel with great restaurant, spa, open and closed pool, casino...

The apartment is situated in a quite zone , 15 minutes by walk from the center of Dubrovnik, therefore representing a strategical starting point to visit the city and its surrounds.
It is very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything one needs.
Close to the apartment there are also nice beaches which are reachable easily on foot.
Goran, the apartment's owner, is very kind and helpful.
Finally, the apartment is an excellent choice to visit Dubrovnik and to discover the south of Dalmatia and Bosnia Herzegovina. -

Ideal flat for family with three kids who loved their separate bedroom upstairs. Well maintained, very good value and reasonable walking distance to old town. Extremely friendly and helpful guidance from Goran in advance and help from his father meeting us for journeys from airport. Nice (if pebbly) beach nearby. Very helpful having shop downstairs. Only issues: would have liked an electric kettle; not obvious how to use hot water in kitchen.

Goran was an excellent host; easy to contact and helpful. The flat was spacious enough for seven, although a couple would not get lost in it. Located about 10 minutes from Old Town, with a couple of cool bars en route. Did everything it needed to and was very good value.

We are a family of four; our twin girls are almost 3 years old.
We enjoyed our two weeks holiday in the apartment very much. The children had their room upstairs under the roof and had their own little paradis. The beds and space to play was ideal for the two girls.
We adults also enjoyed our temporary home for this holiday. A nice bedroom and comfortable living room and two balconies, one of them even with seasight.
The apartment was very clean and ideal for us as family. We used the kitchen only for preparing breakfast and small snacks because we were on holiday and didn't want to cook. Anyway the kitchen was equiped for more.
The perfectly working washing machine,the TV and the Wifi made the comfort and holiday feeling perfect.
To our luck there was a Minimarket on the ground floor of the holiday building with very friendly staff and we became daily costumers for all we needed during our stay.
We also enjoyed that the Gorica apartment was not a holiday resort and we enjoyed to be in the middle of croatian neighbours keeping up their daily life and very children friendly.
We discovered Dubrovnik and its different quarters by foot. To the the Bellevue beach it was a 5 minutes walk and in 10 minutes we walked a little bit uphill to a white chapel and got rewarded with a fantastic view. Even to the old town, the new harbour in Gruz or to the beach in Lapad it was not far (no more than 30 minutes by foot). The nearest bus station was just around the corner and in 10 minutes by foot more bus lines were available.
Finaly we appreciated the rapid information service from Goran and reliable pick-service from Goran's father from and to the airport in Cilipi and the organsiation of two children car seats.

It was a very pleasant experience. The apartment is nice, clean, close to everything. We had everything that we needed in the apartment and the grocery store in the same building.

My family spent 4 days in apartment Gorica in april 2012. The apartment itself is very spacious and well furnished. It is clean and really has everything you need to feel like at home. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, so I definitely recommend it for families with small children. We found free parking place just in front of the building and we did not use our car during our stay in Dubrovnik. Apartment is a 20-min walk away from Dubrovnik's Old Town. We also went to Lapad bay (beautiful beaches and boulevard, park for kids) so you realy do not need a car to explore Dubrovnik - the perl of the adriatic. Just enjoy and come again :)

The apartment is very comfortable and perfectly furnished. We had everything that is needed for a good holiday. The apartment is in a beautiful location not too far from town - 20 minutes walk to the old city. Near the apartment is very nice beach. All shops and bus station are right next to the building. The apartment has a lot of space with a large loft. Everything is very clean and well equipped.

I've stayed in this apartments in September 2011 and it is just a perfect place if you know Dubrovnik. There was my 4th expirience choosing apartments and maybe the best one.
The apartment is close to my favourite beaches and only 15 min walk to city center. It's a nice quite place. After Old City with thousands of tourists it is really a pleasure to stay there. The only thing is - there is no big shops in the area, so you have to walk to Gruz or somewher else.
The apartment itself is very spacious, I loved the second floor and the terasse, where you can sit in the evening gathering the sunset. There is Wifi in there.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is clean and ok.
Though there were only 2 of us, I guess it will be the perfect place for company staying. -

My family and I had a great experience at Dubrovnik apartments. Our visit covered several weeks. The location is perfect. It's not in a tourist area but is nonetheless within a comfortable walking distance from the old city. In terms of a wonderful Dubrovnik living experience it is hard to beat. I have no hesitancy in recommending it to anybody considering a visit to this beautiful and interesting city on the adriatic Coast.
