MaraS is a luxury, recently fully renovated apartment situated on the promenade near the sea, overlooking Gruz harbour. Size of the apartment is 100 m2 and it is consisted of beautiful balcony, three separated bedrooms (double beds), two bathrooms, modern kitchen, dining room and exceptionally large living room (45 m). Each room is air conditioned, with TV. The apartment is all yours to enjoy. You can use kitchen, washing-machine, dishwasher, wireless Internet, X box 360, DVD player and satellite TV.

Arrived in Dubrovnik for the first time to be greeted by the most helpful owner ever! Ana could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable-even locating a lost handbag!,
Tha apartment is beautiful in location facilities and decor. Travelling with 4 teenagers -we felt at home immediately. The apartment is very well equipped to make a relaxing break. We definitely would recommend it and can't wait to go back. Thank you anaResponse from Maro Saulovic - 07/31/2012

Stayed at apartman MaraS in July '12. Newly refurbished, well presented and excellently organised apartment with all amenities you can think of in the kitchen. Very convenient for short and long term stays. Good location, close to shops and port (if you wish to visit beatufiul islands, like Sipan, Kolocep or Lopud). Bus or cab ride to old town very close and convenient. WiFi, satelite TV and Xbox (keeps the little ones occupied). Owners are very friendly and organised. Whole heartedly recommended to all.

My wife and I (both late 50's) stayed in apartment MaraS for 4 nights in June. We really could'nt fault this apartment, it is fantastic. Spacious, great location and well appointed. The Owner Maro was a pleasure to deal with. We arrived at the Dubrovnik bus station from Korkula and Maro picked us up, which was great; and helped us with the luggage to the apartment. Otherwise it was only a short taxi ride. It was really nice to see the bottled watter, millk, juice and wine in the fridge when we got there.
The view was awesome right across Dubrovnik Harbour and the surrounding hills, even more magical at night. The Old Town is a 8 min bus ride from the apartment. Bus #6 stops in front of the apartment and for 12 Kuna takes you to the gates of the Old Town. Supermarket was a 10 minute walk. with a few restaurants and cafes also nearby.
For us, who had been travelling for 5 weeks it was also a pleasure to have a washing machine that was easy to use and quick. My Iphone plugged into the Hifi system and surround sound was a treat for us.
Maro was very helpful with Resturant recommendations, tours and transfers to the airport. We also loved the CD he gave us of his Croation Band playing traditional music.
All in all a wonderful stay at this apartment. We would have no hesitation in staying here again when we go back to Dubrovnik.Response from Maro Saulovic - 07/16/2012

Recently I've stayed in Lapad-Dubrovnik. The management, the service, the cleanliness, and quality of the appartment are all outstanding. If you are looking for a place in Lapad-Dubrovnick, check this one out.
Every concern I ever had about the booking was addressed immediately and professionally, plus a smile! Ana e Maro Saulovic gave us a great welcoming!
Close to the supermarket, bus stop to Dubrovinik old town center (10 minutes bus ride)
10-15 minutes walk to a nice beach. Great balcony view. Made our stay very comfortable.
