Our charming Apartment is located near Buza, one of the three city gates just inside the city walls. In fact, the city wall is the fourth wall of the house, which 500 years ago served as the sleeping quarters to the soldiers guarding the walls.
The air-conditioned Apartment sleeping 2 (plus a possible 3rd on a sofa bed) consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a walk-in closet, a living room with a sitting and a dining area, a kitchen corner and a small shared terrace in front . Our Apartment and Studio are located within the famous Dubrovnik Old City walls (which is a pedestrian zone), yet it is only a few steps away from the city gate. On the other side of the city gate, there is a parking lot, a road with cars, taxis... so that you will never have to lug your suitcases long ways across town, you will get off a cab, take your suitcase, walk 25-30 meters (yards) and... enter your apartment.

Dubrovnik is a truly inspiring place which is made more so when you get to stay in one of its lovely old properties. The apartment is in a great spot next to Buza Gate which is 2 minutes from the centre of this incredible city. The interior of the apartment is spacious, stylish and comfortable with everything you could wish for in a one bed apartment. The bonus is the terrace which is very spacious and a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. We stayed three days and wish it had been five. Marina and Rita, the owners, are fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly and kind. We will definitely return to Dubrovnik and could not imagine staying in any other apartment. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed here for three days in July.
It is a nice one bedroom apartment with a very comfortable bed, nice big closet, small and charming kitchen.
However, most of our time we spent outside on the beautiful terrace.
Having breakfast or coffee while looking at the steps of the Dubrovnik Old Town and hearing so many different languages from the tourist passing by is something we won't forget.
We really loved it a lot.
Marina and Rita were very kind and made us feel welcomed.

We spent four unforgettable days in Dubrovnik in September 2010. We enjoyed staying in this charming apartment and were so happy to have chosen it! It was great to walk around town in the morning, spend the afternoon on the beach (about 10 minute walk from the apartment), come back home and sit on the terrace a while and watch the people passing by down in the street in the evening before going out for dinner. The location is absolutely perfect!
