Our house is situated on a hill Montovjerna between the old town on one hand and new parts of Dubrovnik, Gruz port and Lapad peninsula, on the other side. Distance from Old Town is 1.5oo m, or 20-minute walk away. Frequency of local bus stop line at 300-400m from the house. The two closest public pebble beach, Belevue and Libertas are located 400-500m from the house. Distance from Gruz harbor, from where intercity bus lines, coastal shipping lines and excursion ship lines, as well as the airport bus je1.5-2 km. At the same distance, on the other side of the peninsula Lapad with hotels and beaches. Thus the position of our home allows easy access to grocers, pharmacies, hotels, restaurants, kaficma, banks....
Despite near the tourist crowds, our house is in a quiet part of town and provides a full holiday.

We stayed in this lovely Dubrovnik apartment in June 2012. We were welcomed by the owner Miro at the airport and transferred to the apartment which was about a 10 minute stroll down to the old town, so was close enough to go down there exploring in the daytime and found some lovely restaurants tucked away in the narrow streets of the walled town.
The owner lives in the house next door and was very welcoming and helpful with local knowledge for us to plan as much as possible into our stay. You must visit the island for a day trip and the lovely beaches.
The apartment was functional and well set out with all the usual facilities you would expect. Comfortable beds, kitchen, bathroom plus aC. The place was excemtionally clean and tidy. We had some relaxing evenings with a bottle of wine on the lovely peaceful terrace, away from the busy old town.
We had the place to ourselves and the owner and his family were next door if we ever needed anything. They recommended some great restaurants and bars to go to that weren't too touristy with more of a local feel to them. Overall, the apartment was perfect for our stay, very comfortable, had everything we needed and was in a great location.
The nearest beach was a couple of minutes walk down some steps to the terrace where we swam in the crystal clear water, but there were so many beautiful beaches and islands to go to, we explored quite a few!
Thank you Miro and family for making our stay special and for making us feel so welcome and relaxed! We hope to be back again soon.

We are a young couple from Germany and had a very nice week in the apartment and the beautiful city of Dubrovnik. Everything was very clean and the kitchcen had everything you need. Same holds true for the bathroom. The appartment has a small front yard, so we could have breakfast and a beautiful sea view. You could walk to the next beach in not more than 10 minutes. Old town in about 20-25 minutes.
We can recommend the appartment the every kind of travellers, also with kids, who look for a confortable, clean and well-located place to explore Southern Dalmatia. -

The location of the apartment is perfect. 10 minutes by foot from the beautiful Bellevue beach, and 15 minutes from the old city, you also have a little supermarket at 100m and restaurants.
The apartment is very comfortable, with a large terrasse and air conditionned in bedrooms which are essential during high temperature of summer.
The service is just excellent, we felt very welcome and it's higly appreciated. The apartment is very clean, and the owners are present whenever you need them.They are really kind.
I will absolutely recommend you this apartment, it's just what you need for holidays.
