Apartments Grgich are situated in a house which was originally built in 18th century and is under protection of UNESCO, newly renovated in 2012.
The size of each apartment is app 25 m2, with a king size bed, mini kitchen and a bathroom, both fully equipped (refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, kettle, electric tea pot) iron, towels in a bathroom.
Apartments are also equipped with air condition; TV set, satellite and a free Wi-Fi connection.
Check in time is from 14.00 h (2.00 pm) / Check out time is 11.00 h (11.00 am).

The house is located just outside of the Dubrovnik City walls with a magnificent view on the Walls itself, sea and the Lokrum Island from each apartment, only 100 meters of walking distance to the entrance of the Old town.
The location of the house is outstanding considering the vicinity of all the necessary facilities as bus station, taxi station, shops and newspaper stand, local beach, cable car etc, but yet protected from the city noise and crowd.

Left on 12/18/2012 for a stay in December 2012
We had brilliant four nights at this lovely apartment with a great view. It is very close to the the old town and the best restaurants - only 5 minutes walking distance and at the same time it is on quite and peaceful location. Everything is clean and new as it was constructed recently. Nice and warm owners... We will definitely come back here again
