Apartment Diana is located in the center of Old Town Dubrovnik just a few steps from main street Stradun were all happenings take place. Within a walking distance you will find everything you need for pleasant stay.
Apartment is extra spacious with hand made furniture, it has one bedroom which contains working space with PC and free internet access, one dining room with kitchen and bathroom. Apartment also has air-conditioning and Sat TV.

We stayed in this apartment for one week in June 2012. First of all, it was very easy to make the booking, Igor came back very quicky in response to my questions.
Our flight was delayed, however Igor was still happy to meet us at Pile Gate and directed us to the apartment, which is a stones throw from the entrance of the main gate into the Old Town. The apartment is on the third floor, while this may put some people off, I'd just say that you dont go to Dubrovnik Old Town if you dont like walking and steps! So a few more to get to a brilliant apartment won't hurt.
The apartment was very clean, cleaner than some high end chain hotels we've stayed in. The facilities are modern, yet the charm of an apartment in the Old Town hasn't been lost. The air conditioning, wi-fi and cable TV are very useful, as sometimes a break from the crowds and the heat is necessary. The kitchenett is well stocked if you do want to cook on a hob, however we only made tea/cofee! The fridge is standard size to accommodate cold drinks etc. The shower cubicle is spacious and the water pressure is fantastic, loads of hot water, and there is even a hairdryer. The living area is comfortable and the bedroom is very spacious with lots of storage, the beds are very comfortable. There is also a safe, which we didnt find necessary to use as the aprtment feels very secure.
The apartment is just off the main throughfare of the town and you can hear the sounds of late night revellers and the sounds of the streets being cleaned every night, but you don't opt to stay in the Old Town if you are expecting a very quiet holiday. This is off-set by ther glorious sounds of the Church Bells.
Departure was also easy and Igor was happy to accommodate us departing at 15:00, whereas a hotel would want you to depart by 11:00. Like all the other reviews say, Igor is very friendly and accommodating. He was getting married on our departure day and it was lovely to see him and his beautiful bride in their wedding outfits just before we left.
We will return to Dubrovnik Old Town and will surely stay in this apartment again. -

I stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks over Christmas/New Years and had an amazing experience. Igor was super friendly and helpful. I kept changing my dates but he was totally accommodating. When I arrived in Dubrovnik he carried my very heavy luggage up the stairs for me!
The apartment is exactly like the photos. The bed is 2 singles pushed together so if you are a couple this might be a problem for you but it was great for me. The bed was super super comfortable and the bedding was high end. There is a computer in the apartment for use, a full wardrobe, cable tv, wi-fi, etc. No oven though just a stove top.
Only disappointing thing was that there was no clothes washer. If you are not staying for very long then this won't be a problem - but I was staying for 2 weeks. However, Igor offered to wash my clothes for me!!! That was really great and I appreciated the extra effort. There is a laundromat just outside the old town gates if you prefer to do your own laundry.
Upon arrival I was also given a bottle of wine, which was a great touch after traveling for as long as I had been. There were also a few provisions such as tea, coffee, sugar etc.
Igor was very friendly and was not intrusive at all! He was helpful if I needed anything and was always just a phone call/email away.
Igor let me stay late the day of my check out. It was the off season so they didn't have anyone coming into the apartment right away. However, again I thought this was very very thoughtful. My bus left really late in the evening and I was able to stay in the apartment as late as I wanted. When I was leaving Igor even came up to help carry my luggage back down the stairs.
The price was amazing and the place was amazing. I would without a doubt stay here again. The place was very clean, great location, and most importantly great people. I really enjoyed my stay and absolutely love Dubrovnik!

Very clean. 1 BR studio apartment that was in the heart of the walled city. Landlord was very pleasant. Able to do laundry during our stay for free. It is on 3rd floor, so need to climb stairs, but had nice view out window, and just a great experience. Very good value for the location.

My husband and I stayed at apartment Diana for 5 nights in September 2010. Having been to Dubrovnik previously, I knew the convenience of staying in the Old Town, but also that you want to avoid the noisy spots (above restaurants, near other tourist areas) within the Old Town. We enjoyed the stay with the authentic feel of being an Old Town "resident". The apartment is spacious with air conditioning and multiple rooms. We were met by Igor at the Pile Gate on the day our stay began. The apartment is conveniently located to numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery store in the Old Town. At night it was quiet once you were in the apartment and you almost forgot about all the activity going on outside, just steps away. I would highly recommend that you stay in a sobe like this when visiting Dubrovnik. Don't waste your money on the expensive, franchise hotels. Reserve those $$ for the multiple activities and sites you can take in on the pearl of the adriatic Coast!

My wife and I have stayed in dozens of places in Europe over the last 30 years and apartment Diana is among the most spacious, well located, reasonably priced accommodation we've ever stayed in. It is located less than a block off the Stradun, literally within minutes of the myriad of great restaurants and historical attractions in Dubrovnik's Old Town. Following are some of the many amenities provided in this apartment: cable TV, on-site computer with internet, Wifi, ironing board & iron, fan, security safe, hair-dryer, linens & towels provided, etc., etc. The aprtment included five spacious rooms: 1. Bathroom (with shower); 2. Kitchen (stove, refrigerator, sink); 3. Living Room (sleeper sofa, cable TV); 4, Bedroom (with two huge wardrobes including shelves & much room for hanging clothes); 5. Formal Dining Room (where computer desk & computer are located). If this wasn't enough, Igor, Diana's son, was at our beck and call throughout our stay: assisting us with our luggage between Pile Gate & the apartrment upon our arrival & departure (at 4:30 a.M.), plus being available for any problems, needs, or questions at any time during our five day stay. I highly recommend apartment Diana for your trip to Old Town Dubrovnik.

We stayed for 2 nights in this beautifully furnished, comfortable cool and immaculately clean appartment which was located very near to the tourist information, in the old town, a very brief and easy walk from the main gate which was handy for arriving off the airport bus. The owners were very helpful and provided us a brand new cot for our baby. Inside the appartment was well equipped, cool and with good dark shutters. Dubrovnik is a beautiful city and we enjoyed it very much on our second visit. I would have no hesitation in recommending this appartment to anyone.
