Left on 10/23/2012 for a stay in October 2012
We traveled as 4 couples, so this rental was great for us. It can be rented as individual sobes (rooms). I feel it's better to rent the whole house if you stay here. Because with us the two rooms which did not open to the beautiful patio where able to walk through our room to access the patio. Other wise you have to go downstairs and then walk up the steps to the patio. It was nice to have a kitchen but it was very limited for cooking. The refrig. guests use are in each room, this is fine if you aren't going to cook. If the owners could offer a BBQ/grill for the patio area that would be great!! We made it do because everyone pitched in to help when I made pasta for our group. It did help to have the cooking area of the studio room when we did this. Overall we just loved the location and recommend a stay here.

Villa adriatica is superbly located overlooking the side entrance to the old city. The access to the large terrace from our room was a bonus and the views over the adriatic and the old city were fantastic. We thorougly enjoyed our stay made that much easier by the helpful assistance of the owner.

Nice old townhouse with an excellent location right outside the gate to the Old City. Magnificent view from the large terrace, where we had breakfast, sunbathed and had a relaxing time between different activities. A very good choice for couples wanting a romantic holiday.

the villa adriatica is a great place to stay - just outside the old city of dubrovnik, you can enjoy an incomparable view of the old harbour and the city walls 24 hours a day (if you don't need any sleep). the people are very friendly, you get the use of a spacious kitchen, and breakfast on the terrace beats any café, not to speak of hotels. all in all you get excellent value for money.

Villa adriatica is a lovely, old manor house almost hanging over the adriatic Sea. It is directly on the edge of the old city wall of Dubrovnik. It has a beautiful terrace which is difficult to leave...such a perfect place.
We also stayed there in 2007, and we hope to go again soon. The Tomsic family are wonderful and welcoming. I would recommend this place to everyone. -

we have stayed at villa adriatica many times, teo and his family are great hosts, airport pick up if required, the best rooms are overlooking the harbour with direct access to the balcony, the accomodation is literally 5 yards from the main gate,a great supermarket below and bakery, there is also a travel agency below where you can book numerous fantastic trips,(the girls speak great english and are very helpful) we recommend montenegro blue, inside the old town you can eat reasonably if you are careful, try proto,a great fish restaurant at the top end of the scale, for a good pint go to tne gaffe pub, alan & debbie are great hosts and know all the good spots to visit.
for a great day out catch the boat from the harbour (just below the apartment) to cavatat its idyllic!!!
can`t tell you how nice villa adriatica is,we have stayed all around the dubrovnik area, this is very hard to beat!! -

The most fantastic place to stay in Dubrovnik is
Villa adriatica! the best location the best beach is steps away
