A charming apartment “Veni” is located in a premier location within the Old Town of Dubrovnik , ideal for those who do not prefer climbing many steps.It is one bedroom apartment ,situated on the first floor of an old residential house recently renovated. This 55 m2 apartment is decorated in modern and elegant way with well-hewn exposed wood beams and polished wood floors to provide a delightful and comfortable stay for up to 4 guests.It has a superb location only a few meters from every amenity of the Old Town you could need.
Apartment Veni consists of a living room with sitting area (sofa bed can sleep 2 people, SAT TV, DVD), fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower, open terrace with garden furniture for al fresco dining and a bedroom with a king size bed. Terrace can be reached from both bedroom and living room.
Apartment is fully air conditioned and provides additional amenities such as: Sat TV, Wi Hair dryer, Iron, Washing and dish machine.
Apartment Veni is ideally located in the center of the Old Town of Dubrovnik just a few steps from Stradun,the most famous street in the Old Town.
The nearest beach is just a few minutes walk away (Banje beach - East West beach club) and a supermarket is 5 minutes walk away as well as the farmers market where you can get fresh fruit and vegetables every morning. There are numerous bar and restaurants, galleries and museums only minutes away.
Please note that the Old City of Dubrovnik is a pedestrian zone and it might be difficult to find a parking space if you are coming by car.

Spent a week here. Super location! Excellent as it was just steps(very few) above the main street in the middle of old town. The owner arranged to transport up to and from airport for a fee less than the taxi.
Spacious apartment with large patio. Has washer. Only thing it is lacking is a microwave and a toaster.
Would stay again and recommend it. -

...and you will enjoy your stay a lot more. The apartment was really nice, to a very good standard with the balcony a real bonus but with only being about 50 yards from the Stradum, we could hear the revellers up to 5.00am some mornings and the street cleaning started an hour later. It left a bit of a sour taste when Vedran (co-agent) informed us at the last minute that our 700 Euros for the week didn't include the return transfer to the airport but he would take us there for a further 28 Euros - we used a local taxi for 23 Euros. Dubrovnik and surrounds were brilliant, as was an excursion to Montenegro, but as a couple in our 50s/60s, I would next time stay a small distance from the Walled Town, perhaps at Cavtat, and travel in to visit the places of interest.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location, just off the main street in the old town, with all the shops, cafes etc just 30 second walk away. Having a balcony was fantastic! Very clean and every facility you need including a washing machine. The owners were very helpful, collecting us from the airport and fixing a broken bathroom light as soon as we reported it to them. Can't recommend this apartment enough, it is great and we will definately be going back again soon.

We spent 3 nights in this apartment and would definitely recommend staying here. The apartment was really clean and well maintained, with the bonus of a balcony, and most importantly it is located in the very centre of Dubrovnik's old town.
Frano gave us some good tips about where to eat and what to do in Dubrovnik, and even gave us some insights into the history of the city on the ride from the airport!
Because the apartment is in the middle of the Old Town there is some noise at night, but you can't beat this location for a short stay to explore Dubrovnik. -

The service was excellent. Suggestions for what to see and where to eat in Dubrovnik were given. The apartment was clean and well presented and the inclusions were great. Having an outdoor terrace was a bonus. We spent two days there but would have liked to stay longer. It is in a great location with only a short staircase to the apartment. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in Dubrovnik! The apartment is in an excellent location (right in old town), is clean and has a beautiful balcony. Vedran and Nikoleta were very friendly and helpful. They picked us up and dropped us off from the airport for a good price and gave us lots good advice. Dubrovnik itself is beautiful and there is lots to do!

I stayed there with my husband-to-be on the run up to our wedding. We were warmly welcomed and helped with our bags. The apartment is absolutely spotless and comfortable.
The apartment is very spacious for two people and would be fine for four. The living room is not as big as it appears to be in the photo, but it is still large.
Most importantly, this apartment is literally just off the Stradun i.e. 20 seconds walk! It also has what is very, very rare in the Old Town: a generous sized outdoor terrace which can be accessed from the bedroom or the living room.
The apartment is situated up one flight of stairs, so it is suitable for older people or children.
We thought is was such a perfect place to stay that we booked my (now!) parents-in-law to stay there for a week after we left.
They also really enjoyed their stay. They were very pleased too, that it was possible to make arrangements for their baggage on the day that they were leaving.
Finally, the price of the apartment is very reasonable. You might find places to stay in the Old Town that are only slightly cheaper, but they often have up to 200 steps of a climb to access them and they most likely won't have a terrace...so all in all, top quality and excellent value!
Thanks very much to Nikoleta and Vedran for making our and our family's stay so easy.
We will definitely be back to Dubrovnik and we would hope to stay at Veni again.
