Villa Tica is located on a very beautiful quiet place next to the sea; just 20-25 minutes drive from Dubrovnik Old Town in north-west direction. This area is called Ratac and it is between Slano a pretty small town on five minutes drive north-west and Trsteno Arboretum on five minutes drive south-east from the villa.
Villa can be rented only as the whole villa so it is perfect for people who want privacy and quietness away from the crowds. Villa can accommodate 6 but it is ideal for up to 4 people; one or two couples or for a family with two adults and one or two children.

We really enjoyed our stay at villa Tica. It is a perfect location for holidays. The sea is just a few meter from the house, the water is so clean and you have a direct view on the Elaphites Islands. the owners were very nice.The house is well equiped and furnished. It is not too far away from Dubrovnik so we went there a few times. We spent a really great time at villa Tica and just regreted we had not rented the house for one more week !!!

Villa Tica was everything we expected and way more! The location was perfect for a relaxing time away! The large deck overlooks the adratic Sea with steps leading down to the crystal clear turquoise water...paradise! The Limestone sea deck melts right into the landscapes of the coast! We swam everyday...the water was a warm 75*.
Antun met us at the airport and on the way to the villa showed us a few key spots. When we arrived to the Villa he gave us a very inviting tour around the property! He introduced us to the turtle that lives in his own paradise oasis in one of the many gardens. Including a small vegetable garden which sits next to a large outdoor fire brick oven...love! Miranda welcomed us with delicious desserts...so good! The bedrooms were very comfortable and ample linens were provided. Antun and Miranda were very accommodating, polite, and genuine good people! We loved the time we spent here and hope to return in the future! Thank you antun and Miranda for sharing your piece of paradise with us! -

Nous avons séjournés une semaine à Villa Tica et nous avons passés un très très agréable séjour.
Nos hotes nous ont accueillis avec chaleur et extrème gentillesse, ils nous ont même fait faire un tour de bateau avec les enfants !
La situation de la maison est fantastique avec son accès direct à la mer, les bains de mer au reveil et le soir avant le coucher étaient un grand plaisir.
Nos apéritifs au coucher du soleil et nos après midi de peche, que de bons souvenirs!
Une semaine seuls au mode à 20 minutes de Dubrovnick : le paradis !
