First floor has two bedrooms which are double bedded, a kitchen, one bathroom (washing machine, WC, tub) and living room with DVD and TV.

We stayed in Dubrovnik Old House for a weekend at the end of april. There were six of us, and the house can accommodate 11, so there was plenty of room. The best thing about the Old House is definitely the pretty garden/patio area. It was lovely to be able to have our breakfast and pre-dinner drinks outside. The weather was perfect. Ivica and his friend Daniel, who drove us to and from the airport, were really helpful, and delighted to tell us all we wanted to know about Croatia. The location in the old town of Dubrovnik is ideal.

Comfortable, charming old house in a quiet area just off the main street in Dubrovnik. Very handy for all sightseeing, leisure activities and going out on the town. There were only four of us so we had a bedroom each but more people could easily fit in and the owners were very helpful. We especially liked the front patio area for hanging out. Overall, well recommended.

This house is located close to the main street in Dubrovnik. It is quite a hike up the stairs coming and going so need to be reasonably fit to manage them. That said, the best part was the outdoor garden and electric grill which we used every day! Ivica is a great owner responding immediately to any concerns. We were very comfortable as a group of 8, 4 couples for a 10 day stay. The transit system is easy to use, we felt very safe venturing out. We did a kayak tour, a 3 island tour and a walking tour, all of which were very reasonable and a great time. A very beautiful country, too much to see for one visit, need to comeback!

Our family group stayed for a week in this beautiful old house and felt quite at home. All amenities listed were available to us. Ivica is a relaxed landlord and we only met him on arrival.The house is comfy and quaint and the outdoor area was great for cooking and eating in the courtyard.It is so central,being just off the main street. However over 100 steps makes it difficult in the extreme heat when returning to the house. Hence the air conditioning throughout is a must. Overall I would definitely recommend this house to the able bodied travelers.

Our stay has been very confortable in this clean and charming house very well located just few steps from the Stradun and 5-10 minutes walking from beaches.
It's big enough for 4 couples, it has a/C and the terrace is very pleasant.
We just haven't been able to use the barbecue because the power point outside looks not to work and it would be great to have more deckchairs!

The home could use updated mattresses, that's about it. And I would swap the futon upstairs for the day bed down stairs, just for a more comfortable place to sit in the main area. Kitchen is great! The terrace was wonderful! Our kids used the outdoor shower almost daily because it was very hot when we were there. We set up an inflatable pool for them too. The air conditioning was well used during our stay! Loved that! Kept the home comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and nice.The neighbours are lovely! And while the location is near the top of the steps, I loved the daily workout. And staying in Old Town is simply amazing!! I wouldn't recommend for someone with limited mobility though. I would stay here again! -

Our group of 8 people stayed at this house for 2 nights. The house is really amazing, exactly as it was described to us. It has a very cozy courtyard/garden, clean and spacious rooms and is perfectly located in the old city, far enough from the tourist crowds, but close enough to the main venues so it only takes a couple steps to get there. The owner is very accommodating, having picked us up from the bus station and driven to the city walls, he also gave us some pointers to help us orient ourselves. I would definitely stay at the same house when I visit Dubrovnik again.

When we arrived the owner picked us up at the airport which I would recommend. The house itself was perfect, in a great location close to the centre of everything but far enough not to be disturbed by noise. The house had everything you needed, from washing up liquid to cork screw. Beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful garden as the weather was against us. The owner recommended places to eat along with providing discounts. I would have no hesitation in returning and renting this property again. Perfect for large groups and can also be sectioned off for smaller groups. Quite a few steps to the main street Stradun, but most accommodation would be in a similar position.

We spend a very good time in this house. The house is very nice, just like it says - inside city walls, and you can really experience Dubrovnik by staying here. Very close to the main street Stradun and to nightlife area, but at the same time the place is really calm and not noisy. The kitchen is full equipped also to spend nice time dinning at home and we really liked large garden. Weather was perfect so we spend time eating and having fun in the garden. Everything was very clean and neat. I really recommend it! I would stay here again!

I was on vacation last year in august with my family in Dubrovnik in the great house which is settled in the city centar and separated from the noise and the volume of the night bars.House is close to everything in the pedestrian zone and has a great garden in which i have barbeques and enjoyed with my family.

Certainly very good in many respects and very helpful during our stay, however could perhaps have done with some large towels, as only litlle ones provided, and also some beds were a little uncomfortable, but overall very pleased with our stay, and would definitely go back.
