Villa is located 8 km outside of Dubrovnik, in a nice bay with a beach less than 100m away. It consists of 4 separate apartments and a swimming pool with lounge area. Each apartment has it's own terrace with a beautiful view and lot's of greneery arround.
Villa is perfect get away for those who like to have thier privacy, and still enjoy on the beach, in restaurants and walking promenades not far away.
We organize airport transfers, car rentals and tours for guests staying in our villa. Please contact us for more information.

Stikovica is a beautiful bay located only 6 km away from the town's centre in direction of Northwest. It has a nice pebbled beach, and a walking promenade leading to Zaton Bay where many great sea food restaurants are located.

We rented 2 large apartments for 2 families with small children, for a week in august.
The Villa is situated as advertised 15 minutes drive from the city in the Zaton bay near the beach and has a nice size pool, the rooms were spacious, nice bathroom and kitchen was fully equipped for cooking our own meals. The view of Zaton bay is breathtaking, picture- postcard-perfect. The apt is air conditioned and this is a must in the heavy heat + high humidity of august. There is a nice little restaurant nearby, and more on the other side of the bay, near the water. The beach nearby is great and there are more beaches along the bay. The only disadvantages are the numerous steps to climb to the apts (not for grandma over 75) and the tight parking in the crowded street, hard to maneuver if you rent a large mini-van. Be aware that parking is problematic in the old city downtown. Alltogether reasonably priced and good value for money. -

Wonderfull location, very friendly host, delicious food in a hotel next door and on the beach bar. We have stayed there 3 nights regreting such a short stay. Hope will have opportunity to visit the place again.

I really enjoyed staying at the Villa Oliva. It was quite, clean, had everything I needed including a view from the private terrace. The pool was good for a cool dip when it was so hot I couldn't wait to get to the beach! The beach is just a few minutes walk. Tanja made my stay easy, comfortable, and convenient. I really appreciated her help with transportation, ease of payment, and other suggestions for my stay. Thank you!

Tanja made us very welcome and was extremely efficient in coming to meet us. The accommodation was brilliant, modern and clean with a big bathroom and great balcony views. A parking space, pool and Wi Fi were a valuable add on and the small resort was near enough to Dubrovnik for car and boat trips and a great starting point for exploring the Islands to the North.
