I want to first say that the place was very clean and neat. But, the one chair near the TV was very dirty and had something spilled all down the side. Also the couch was very hard to sit on for any length of time. The one thing that really bothered me was that there wasn't any Wifi. All of the other places that I have stayed at previously had a computer conection, but this one did not. They should add this for renters in the future.

Very nice experience overall. The unit itself was dated and well worn. It needs to be repainted, new furniture and carpet throughout. The rental agents were the aboslute best to work with. We will be back to the complex.

After spending several years vacationing in Hatteras Village this was our first visit to Duck. We really loved the town and the close proximity to Georgetown Sands. The pool at G'town Sands was great and we loved the close proximity to the beach. The unit itself was of average quality. The bathrooms appear to be renovated, but the carpet and furnishings are old and dingy.

Nice place with all the needed amenities. It was nice to have the outdoor shower and clothesline, things we hadn't even thought about but used daily. It would have been nice to have Wi-Fi available and I couldn't use the automated check-out due to the property phone not working, but these were minor inconveniences. Overall a clean townhome close to the beach and activities.

The carpet was covered in stains as where the chairs and couches. The coffee table had old food crusted in all the corners, and the place was starting to develop an ant problem due to the lack of cleanliness. The place has plenty of potential even though it is a little older, but the cleanliness was a complete turn-off.
