The picturesque rustic Pinewoods Lodge has six spacious suites with two bedrooms, a living room with a queen-size sofa bed and wood burning stove, a fully furnished kitchen and full bath. The Lodge is perfect for couples, families and small groups up to six people. Lodge Suite #1, #2, #5, #6, have a king and queen beds in the up stair bedrooms. Lodge Suite #3, #4, have a king and two twin beds in the up stair bedrooms. Please request the room type that works best for your family if the room type is available for your dates we will assign it to you. The main floor of the Lodge provides a charming meeting room, a recreation room, coin op laundr...y, and a hot tub.

  Breakfast was not good. Hard boiled eggs not cooked enough but made due with yogert. No air conditioning so was hot in the rooms. Nice outside at night but even with the window open still hot. Bedrooms up a tight and long stair case and bathroom down stairs so if you have to get up in the middle of the night you need to turn on a light or would fall down the stairs.Stove was very dirty and could not bake my chicken because they did not have a pan to use in oven. Asked at front desk and they did not have either. Glad I brought foil. Do not get ice cream at the resort. The ice cream served was the size of a melon baller spoon for three dollars for two tiny scoups was crazy. They do rent atv's there but very pricey. Stayed there because was close to my friend's cabin and we could walk to there place. Bed frame broke on up the first night, what a way to wake up with the bed falling down.

  We have a very nice and quite large continental breakfast. Besides eggs and yogurt, we serve french toast, hot and cold cereals, muffins, danishes, toast, bagels, juice and coffee. We do not have air conditioning in our rooms because we are at a high altitude and usually our summer high temperatures are in the 80's and the lows in the upper 50's. We do provide fans in all our rooms to help pull in the cool night air. When this customer came to tell us that he broke the bed frame we immediately put a new bed frame into place. We make every effort to provide a clean room and meet the needs of our guests.
