One of a kind! This spacious semi-oceanfront home features a hot tub on the deck and spectacular water views. Two large king master suites with Jacuzzi provide plenty of room and privacy. Two additional twin rooms also have private baths. Additional sleeping capacity can be found in the den just off the great room. The Great Room features a 42 inch Flat Screen with HDTV and a wet bar, perfect for entertaining. The Cooper is just footsteps from the beach and other Ships Watch amenities.

I would recommend this house to all my friends, just a few steps to the beach. Kitchen has been updated, new oven, built in Subzero refrigerator/freezer, wine cooler holds 12 bottles. This is all very important when you are at the beach to have enough refrigerator space and room to keep the wine cold. Love the 2 master suites - All new porch furniture, most conformable I have sat in at Ships Watch. One of the only homes with a jacuzzi on the upper deck with a new cover on that. Can't wait to go back - love Duck and the Cooper at Ships Watch.

The Cooper is such a fantastic place to vacation. My husband and I have been vacationing at the Cooper since 2000. We were recommended by Teri & Wilson Harrison who were former time share owners of the Cooper. Though each each at the Cooper has been wonderful, we have noticed that many of the kitchen appliances are a bit outdated and don't seem to work as well as they used to. In addition, the hot tub/spa located on the upper deck seems to have seen better days. Over the last couple of times that we have stayed at the Cooper, it hasn't been working properly. Other than that, the home is still our most favorite place to kick back and relax. We will be coming down again this September for another wonderful vacation.
