The major kitchen appliances are outdated and should be replaced, especiallt the stove....several unlevel burners. While the house is certainly dated, it is comfortable and homey and a good rental buy for a beachfront home. The Friday to Friday period is a huge advantaqe as the lack of traffic actually made coming and going very enjoyable. I would certainly rent it again.
