Thanks for scheduling the wonderful dolphin show we enjoyed during our visit. 5 of the 7 days had us laughing at their antics. Our ocean front location gave us a front row seat.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the overall maintenance of the property. There were frayed draped in the great room, broken tiles on the kitchen counter and floor, stains on the carpet and accumulated grunge on the backs of the dining room chairs. If I had been an owner, I'd have been very disappointed to see the property in that condition. Over all the house was clean, just looked worn.
The two maintenance calls we put in to adjust the refrigerator, so things wouldn't freeze, and to adjust the wine cooler (which we gave up trying to use) and the other for the continuous flow of water through the bar ice maker were handled promptly. The office staff was cordial and efficient.
Really appreciated the Wednesday to Wednesday availability.
