We have rented this house for over 8 years and we just keep coming back. We love the lake and paths around the house and the closeness of the ocean. It's a friendly neighborhood and great for kids. The grandchildren love the garage area for playing! We'll be back!

This home was beautiful! It was located across the street from the boardwalk
to the beach. We spent the days on the beach and evenings on the wonderful
deck! Also, located close to great shops. The house was clean and provided
ample space for two families! -

Great house for 6 adults and two small children! Will only write the *minor* drawbacks because everything really filled our needs. Community pool is not really walking distance. Shared full bath is minor inconvenience for queen and twin bedrooms if used by two couples. Also wish house had digital cable TV.

This is the second year we rented from Outer Banks Blue, and our experience has been fantastic. The keyless entry and ability to not have to go to the rental office makes things so much easier. As long as Outer Banks Blue has a fair amount of properties in The Sanderling area, we will continue to rent through them. Escape from Oz was conveniently located, organized immaculately, and had all the amenities that we needed. Having access to The Sanderling pool is always nice, and quite frankly there is no other neighborhood in Duck that I would wish to rent a home. The cleanliness, comfort, and layout of Escape From Oz make it a rental property that we would not hesitate to rent again, and hopefully the weather will be more cooperative the next time we visit the Outer Banks.

5 adults and 2 children were very comfortable in this home. The 3rd floor playroom was nice to give the kids their own space with a TV, Especially helpfull were the kitchen cabinet labels descibing the contents of each. Very quiet neighborhood and the only way to be closer to the beach would be an oceanfront home.

Clean; close to beach; great floor plan; except for the tarantula in the
bathroom and the snake under the sink everything was great.
Seriously the place was terrific and we encountered no problems.
