Left on 08/10/2011 for a stay in July 2011
We have rented asolare for the last 10 or so years. Its size (6 bdrms) is perfect, appliances are updated, TVs are all new, and, best of all, it is supremely well located with direct boardwalk access to Sanderling beach from the house. Our only regret is that we don't own it ourselves.

Some issues but they were attended too...
Left on 08/19/2008 for a stay in July 2008
We had some issues which were:
I paid the $100 for early checkin and it wasnt ready.
One of the big windows in the front had a bad crack in it. (Was promptly replaced).
We had ants in the kitchen area.
The combination lock didn't work. (Was promptly repaired.)
A couple of the fitted sheets for the beds were torn and didn't fit properly.
Several pieces of wooden deck furniture had broken pieces.
