My friend and I travelled to Memories Caribe Resort in Cayo Coco the week of January 27, 2013. We were looking to relax and do a whole lot of nothing and we were successful. The resort grounds and rooms are well kept and clean, the food was basic and fairly good but lacking in creativity. The staff is great, from the gardners to the cooks to maids...etc...always helpful and polite. The Entertainment Staff is just awesome, offering a variety of activities all day to ensure guests are having a good time yet never pushy. They are full of energy and warmth and seem to genuinely love what they do. They work very hard and long hours but they always have a smile or a hug for you. Our favs though were ana with her infectious smile and Gerald's sweet humour. The nightly shows are just great - those dancers are amazing. The very best part of this Resort however is the beach - it is absolutely breathtaking. Our first visit but not our last :)

This house was close to the beach and had a nice ocean view from several rooms in the house. The screened in porch was nice for breakfast & lunch with an ocean view.

Memories was a great house in a great location. It was just a short walk to the beach. The pool was just the right size for our younger kids. We enjoyed every minute!

Resort realty made the scheduling, check in, and check out super fast and super easy.
The home was much closer to the beach than we had anticiapted and the access was super!!
The location was not far from anywhere we wanted to go and the neighborhood was extremely quiet.
The house had everything we needed.
I would not reccommend it for anyone who has issues climbing stairs and the decks scared me with little ones but that is to be expected with any of the houses.
The only thing I did not like was the late check in and early check out however that seems to be the norm for all properties and I understand that cleaning has to take place. It just felt like you were loosing a day.
The dishwasher could use an update but still functioned okay. Overall it was a great value for the price we paid.
